The staff spoke with me and provided paperwork upon arrival. I was early and the nurse and PA were able to see me earlier than scheduled. The PA was great and worked with me not only on my issues but how best to approach insurance

To start with, this review is for the Walk-in clinic - not the main clinic. The main clinic is staffed with some good providers, especially Dr. Mills. Make an appt., attend the appt., no issues.The walk-in clinic is essentially a senior care operation, providing people with much free time to forgo appointments. DO NOT use this facility for urgent care. Walk-in and wait. Definitely not urgent, nor will they use an kind of triage process for urgent care needs. If you complain about the wait, they will refer you to the ER in the main hospital - not a good idea. That hospital is asleep, and is set-up by its owner, back-East, to maximize profits from our retired community. Walking the halls there is like walking through a minimally occupied assisted living facility. And you will pay through the teeth (above and beyond insurance) for radiology, lab work, sleep studies, etc.That's it! MANNM main clinic is great. If you have more time than you need, use the MANNM Walk-in care clinic. Otherwise, you pretty much need to leave town for anything beyond primary care.

5 stars to Julie, your office manager! She goes way beyond to care for every patient and gives extraordinary attention to those who need it most, which I have witnessed multiple times as a casual observer. She pursues every possible avenue to offer solace and comfort, track down difficult problems, and rearrange schedules whenever possible in cases of crisis. She also doesn't hand this responsibility off to others; she does this herself. Major kudos to this amazing and compassionate woman!

Paid roughly 300 dollars out of pocket for a doctor to spend less than 3 minutes with me and refuse to have a conversation with me about the medicine I was needing. Just got a no. He seemed rather rude and abrasive when I tried talking to him about it. There was a reason this was the only place in town with an opening.The one star on this review goes to the very nice and helpful nurse! She deserves a five star review.

You get told as a cash pay patient it’s $125 to see a doctor. It’s not. It’s $325.94. Didn’t realize I’d have a bill for over $300 just to establish myself as a new patient.

I love Dr. Vosburg! She is truly so kind, compassionate, and understanding. Her knowledge and expertise are very much appreciated! From the moment you walk in: Brandon, Krysta, and Valerie have the most welcoming personalities and are so nice! The nurse Danise was so also so very kind! Great job MANNM!

I have been a patient of MANNM for approximately 2 year's.When I made my initial appointment I was nervous because I had been with my primary physician elsewhere for 30 years, before he retired.At this point I was panicked because I didn't feel well and had painful symptoms.Dr. Jacques was my pick from a list of physicians at MANNM and I didn't know what to expect. Needless to say, I am so grateful to Dr. Gary Jacques for his professionalism, compassion and most of all his thoroughness in trying to get to the bottom of my health issues. It's been a long road for me but his determination got me the answers I desperately needed, as I was beginning to think I was crazy. Although, I am still in pain he has provided the direction I need to take as far as specialists. I will always be grateful to him and I wish he had been my primary years ago. He took the time to listen to me.I highly recommend MANNM. All the nurses and office staff whom I have had contact with are also professional, helpful and pleasant as well. I feel very comfortable with every visit I have had.Marie Gutierrez

Every time I go in to MANNM I am treated by knowledgeable and kind providers. If I can’t get in to see my PCP I use their Walk In Clinic and usually have a low wait time. I recommend this great medical practice to everyone.

My family have been patients of NANNM for 20+ years! The level of service has never faltered! I will be forever grateful to Dr. Vosburg and Dr. Garimella for the care they gave my parents until their passing. They always take the time to listen. They are not only concerned about your physical health but also your mental health. I feel like I am treated as person and not another medical record. Totally comfortable asking questions and questioning what I’m told. I recommend MANNM to all my friends.

Los Alamos is lucky to have doctors this good. The medical care they provide rivals any big city. They’re smart, stay on top of current research, and are extremely caring and compassionate. Many times, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I and my family get the medical care we need. Thank you MANNM!

This place is a joke!!They will NOT pick up the phone. So if you ever need to speak with your Dr. , don't count on it. I will be leaving this group. So if anyone is considering using them,call first and see what kind of service you recieve.

I set up a payment plan to pay my bill and they never abided by it. Then I was contacted months later to be informed that if I do not pay soon my bill would go to collections. I tried contacting the finances office and they never answered. But they do email me to remind me about my bill going to collections soon. Main office does not answer either. Just go somewhere else
