My car broke down at 1:45 pm just outside Los Alamos. He had it fixed by 5 pm. Allen was really generous with his time and got the part we needed and got us home to Albuquerque so we didn’t have to call for a ride. They go out of their way to provide great service. Wish I had a good mechanic like this where I live. Thanks Allen!

I needed four tires put on my car, and not only were they able to schedule a convenient time, but they did a very good job for a very good price.

I need some brake work for my car (brake pads and front rotors). So they checked my car and gave me a quote for parts + 4 hour labor. The total will be close to 700! So i got my car back and found another place in town where they can do the job in 1 hour with lab+parts ~$370. BTW, Glover's charged me ~70 for taking the wheel down, working out a quote, and putting wheels back. Really curious how great brake job Glover's can do with that 4 hours; sorry I am not rich enough to figure out. I will avoid this place in the future for sure.

Glover's automotive has repaired my vehicles or completed maintenance on them many times. I've always found their work to be excellent and the price fair. My impression is that they are concerned that the customer receive the appropriate level of service. For example, they have repaired my 15 year old compact car a few times -- but they understand that that car doesn't need need to feel like a new car and so they focus on fixing mechanically important issues while leaving cosmetic issues alone. They are always polite and willing to discuss the repair work before anything is done.
