I am in the midwest and called Flowers by Gillian to order flowers for my daughter-in-law in Los Alamos. I described the general look I wanted, requesting a specific flower I wanted and one I didn't want. The flowers were delivered on time and were just perfect. Days later she said "they were even more beautiful". I would highly recommend this shop.

Gillian was great to work with. She produced a bouquet that was exactly what I asked for from two different pictures - one for the shape and one for the flowers.Our wedding occurred during the tail end of the Cerro Pelado fire of 2022. The plan was to get the bouquet the day of the wedding by making a short trip over to Los Alamos from Jemez Springs (wedding location). Mother Nature had other plans, however, closing Highway 4 and making the round trip ~5 hours instead of a little over an hour and a half.We decided to get it on our way to Jemez Springs several days in advance of the wedding instead of the day of the wedding. We were worried that they wouldn't keep.Gillian gave us great instructions on how to care for them to ensure they would be good on the big day - and gave us a backup plan that would have been of great inconvenience to her, should they not hold up.On the big day only a few petals from one flower were lost. The bouquet was beautiful and we are thankful to her for her expertise and being a business that is willing to go above and beyond for the customer.Highly recommend!!

Wonderful customer service and beautiful product! She was able to stay within my budget and still deliver a beautiful bouquet. You can tell Gillian works with flowers all day because of her kind disposition. I would definitely recommend her!

Gillian did an outstanding job on the flowers for my daughter's wedding. The bride's bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, mother's and grandmother's corsages, boutonnieres, and table centerpieces were all so professional and beautiful. We received so many compliments on the flowers. They were so fresh and are still beautiful a week later! Gillian was great to work with and delivered all the flowers on time. I called Gillian close to 6:00 on August 4, almost forgot to call. I needed a delivery in Los Alamos on the 5th. Gillian was very professional, and efficiently was able to take my order. I was able to see the arrangements on the internet, and give her the number that was assigned to the arrangement.She sent me a picture by text message when it was delivered and it is a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Gillian for the service you provide.
