My son and I had a fairly complex problem with our iphones. Verizon online was unable to help us. Andrea Roybal was able to fix the problem quite fast and was extremely friendly during the process.

Service is friendly and helpful. They need 2 employees. Some clients take more time to help and this causes a longer wait time.

Was having difficulty updating info on my verizon account and had tried everything I could think of from home. So I called here and got some useful info and came in several days later. Thanks to Nicholas on the phone for the info and thanks to Andrea in the office for assisting me. The chatbot and phonebot were no help at all but these knowledgeable folks were able to solve my problem.

Lessons learned1. The $35 device set up fee charged by the store is in addition to the $35 fee charged by your carrier (ie Verizon) to connect a new phone.2. Ask for the promotion they are selling in writing. Read it carefully in the store. If they miss interpret the promotion, it is on you.3. Any attempts at rectifying the situation later, ie getting in contact with a district manager, emailing costumer resolution, will not result in speaking with anyone who can help remedy the issue in a timely mannerBuyer Beware, Los Alamos!

Russell Cellular of Los Alamos has completely refused to correct billing mistakes upon presenting 100% proof of their error three times, with evidence IN WRITING!! They owe us nearly $700 in billing errors because of their mistakes on starting new lines. They have refused to even discuss the issue. Russell Cellular of Los Alamos has violated the Good Faith Law to live up to the technical requirements of their agreement. As a franchisor they have breached their duty of fair dealing and as stated by law parties cannot evade the spirit of the bargain, lack diligence or slack off, perform incorrectly on purpose, abuse their power when specifying the terms of a contract, or interfere with or fail to cooperate in the other party’s performance. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Russell Cellular of Los Alamos. We will be pursuing legal action. Please take a look at their Better Business Bureau rating if there are any doubts to their fraudulent business dealings.

The staff was great, working through problems with Verizon servers cheerfully. Overall, we have a new phone and all the information was successfully transfered.

Deidra was amazing--she went way above and beyond. We brought in my new phone (with a known problem with Pixel 5As, not this Verizon store's fault) and Deidra worked to fix it for almost two hours, which kept her past closing time. Now my phone works great!

Kaitlyn was awesome. She helped us navigate porting one number over to the account while upgrading two phones too. She was super helpful in explaining everything to me, including explaining it to me a couple times over. I would highly recommend this branch of Verizon and this representative of the company. Black Friday comes with many offers and Verizon has some complexity to the options one can select. Some customers maybe frustrated not fully understanding the available options, but the crew was able to break down what was available both in stock and plan options. I never felt forced to buy something outside my price range and was fully aware of my trade in value, cost of the phone I purchased, warranty options, and cost of accessories which can all add up quickly. I appreciated the care in installing screen protectors and very clear communication. Excellent service and a much less hectic experience than I've had in other stores.

Staff person was friendly, customer-focused and very knowledgeable about the product's design strengths. I was presented with the important features of each item and was able to make a quick decision based on those facts. Would definitely shop there in the future!

I went in the morning after I retired, and the young lady that helped me out was very very courteous and kind. She was also patient as I forgot the password to get in to my phone. The next morning I miss placed my phone and went back to the same ladyAnd help me find the location of my brand new phone. Awesome service, five star for sure

I will never, EVER EVER do business here again. I ordered a galaxy watch to be delivered to this store. I was told it would come in that Saturday. Fine. I called Saturday, no watch. I then called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday... no watch. So finally I called customer service and they told it had been delivered, AND SIGNED FOR a week prior. I even got the tracking number. Then, I went to the store, where the employees, Kaitlen and Deidre effectively ignored me, helped other customers before me, and lied to me. I DO NOT recommend wasting your time here. They're rude and unhelpful.

Andrea was very helpful with setting up my return to Verizon from T-Mobile. My family and I were not happy with T-Mobile due to poor coverage in Colorado.
