I thought mail order would be easier. My insurance was charged for a refrigerated prescription that can't be mailed and I hadn't requested a refill. I was not notified or told that I had a prescription that wasn't picked up even when I called about transferring it to Walmart. I drove 60 miles to Walmart only to be told I had to wait 3 more days to fill it. The man at Genoa was adamant that it was my fault, that they don't call to tell you it's been filled and needs to be picked up, you are supposed to know that. The prescription was written ×2 a day but the Dr said at least once a day even if I'm doing well so I didn't need it at 30 days yet they took it upon the themselves to fill it, charge the insurance company and not notify me.Another time I requested that meds not be mailed since I could pick them up. I was told they were mailed when in fact they weren't. Had to make another trip to pick them up. The man that works there is a very rude "it's your fault and your problem" kind of guy.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help us when he didn’t have to. We were traveling thru Lordsburg NM when our vehicle broke down. We have been stuck here for a month and was running out of our medication. Manny was so helpful and friendly. He took very good care of us. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.
