Following a doctor's recommendation, I stopped by this Walgreens to purchase bottles of electrolyte. After wasting at least 15 minutes walking around, I located the electrolyte bottles in the baby product section. To my surprise, however, this Walgreens did not have a single bottle of clear or unflavored electrolyte. In addition to lacking basic products (while enlarging its unhealthy sugary drinks, alcohol, and chips sections), this store looks decadent, if not altogether abandoned.

Says they open at 7am. I think they mean 8am. Everytime I've stopped at around 7:15am doors are closed.

Was told script would be ready in 3 hours, came back they said another 45 minutes then came back still waiting 39 minutes and counting, we have a 3 hour drive home. This is aweful. Will not come back here ever again.

I really wish these guys could get it together. With as long as it takes these guys to fill a prescription, a person could have already died!

Walgreens in Las Vegas New Mexico is a disgrace they never have their window open at 9:00 they open it at 9:30 and even if you go through the drive-thru you wait there for over an hour and inside the line is crazy I feel like they do it on purpose that's the worst Walgreens ever I hate when I have to come for my prescriptions they should shut him down

This store is literally the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas I’ve been sick twice this year and both times (separate times) I’ve gotten prescriptions from this place I’ve had to wait hours in line just for them to mess up once again. Definitely going to Walmart.

I have currently so far been in line at the drive through Pharmacy in Las Vegas N.M. I have time to write this because I'm the fifth in line for literally the last 58 minutes it's now 1 hour 20 minutes NOT EXAGGERATING. the Pharmacy has gone way way down in the last year and half, they don't have the medicine ready when they say they do and some of the staff are so very rude. Walgreens district manager needs to do something about this Pharmacy it's just a matter of time when they get someone medication wrong.

I spoke to the store manager Michelle to notify her that I had been trying to reach someone at the pharmacy for a half hour and she was so rude and hostile even.

They have a sign that they give flu shots. I stood in line for about 25 minutes to get one. When I finally made it to the counter I was told I would have to make an appointment online. Is it really that hard to print a sign that reads “Flu shots by appointment only”??

The level of incompetence is astonishing. And then thay have the audacity to be rude too.. now I know why this is the least busy walgreens in NM. Just all around bad ?

Needed to exchange an item I purchased an hour later here but they wouldn’t help me. The reward system was down so I never received my receipt to my email. They wouldn’t do the exchange without it, even though I was charged on my credit card and the same associate that I made the purchase with was present.The store manager Michelle came to assist but was extremely rude and told me no and simply walked away. I called corporate Walgreens and they tried to contact the store manager at the location to explain the system was down and to proceed with my exchange but she refused to talk to them.I would not recommend this location, and hope that the store manager Michelle can learn professionalism and assist the customer when the company was at fault.
