If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I TRIED TO BUY A FEW THINGS AND AS THE KID WAS RINGING UP MY BILL HE STOPPED AND WAS TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE... RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY NO ONE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? HERE

Pharmacy ok. Seems very busy. But every time I come into the store I notice the parking lot is very dirty and trash eye sore.
Carpet coming into store a mess. Not a good impression. Someone needs to care.

Never have wrote a bad review in my life but Jesus Christ, I waited an hour inside to get my medication, only one employee was checking people out when the line is almost 20 people, never have I ever seen such slow employees, and they were socializing the whole time behind the counter. 0/10 horrible

I was concerned when pharmacists said they ran out of antibiotics and they could not give me a timeline for when they would be refilled. I guess some employees are more helpful than others.

I have had nothing but trouble getting my prescriptions filled here. For example, I had a prescription that they said was out of stock. I really needed it so I had to call my doctor to resend the RX to CVS. My doctor was out of town so the next day I decided to call Walgreens to find out when they would get some in and was told that ‘oops’ it was a mistake and it had been in stock all along. There have been more things as well, at least at this location. I will be changing pharmacies.

Tried the photo center to see the quality of their printing. 4x6 prints just to test, but the materials used are very poor quality compared to other prints I’ve ordered online from other companies. Do not recommend. These are high resolution prints not phone picture prints. Just wanted to source locally instead of waiting long to receive my prints but, it’s worth the wait I see now. Value is good but quality is bad.

I just want to write thanking Jessica at the Walgreens on Rinconada Boulevard in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for her help in locating a much needed prescription for antibiotics. I had asked for it to be delivered on Feb 3 and a tracking code for FedEx had been assigned -- but FedEx had no record of receiving the package, even though Walgreens thought it had been picked up. I was completely out of the medication and needed it this morning (Feb 5), but no one could help, including the pharmacy, Blue Cross and FedEx. Luckily, Jessica thought to look for the prescription and realized it had never been picked up by FedEx, even though a tracking code had been issued. As a result, she retrieved the medication and we were able to pick it up today. I am just very grateful for her initiative and for her taking the time to locate the medicine. I wasn't able to use walgreenslistens.com for reasons I couldn't begin to explain, but I did want to make sure to give Jessica the pat on the back she deserves.

Very long wait times in the drive thru and front desk of pharmacy. First of all.Secondly. I don’t know if they can see that my family and I have our medical insurance coverage or not. But they keep telling us that we have to do a copay every time.Last time I came, Tuesday, this one lady was a bit rude in the way she was talking to me, but she told me that OTC meds aren’t covered. Which I didn’t know that all this time I never had to do copay.But earlier I went, this guy took my sister’s meds and “went to mix it with water” (I guess that’s something the pharmacists have to do for dosage precautions) but what he should’ve done was let me know of the pricing or if her insurance covered it or not. I had to do a copay of $10! And I HAD to take the meds because he already took it back to mix it. Which again I don’t know why he didn’t tell me about the pricing before mixing the meds. It was just frustrating.:( the guy was nice though.

The waiting time for this pharmacy is ridiculous. Like who are the workers here? Turtles? I mean I’d understand if it happened once or twice, no it’s every single time. You wait almost an hour in the drive thru and at the windows another 2-3 mins and then tell tell you, your prescription isn’t ready til tomorrow.

In over 70 years this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Rarely do they have a prescription in less than two days. Then when they finally have it, you have to stand in line or wait for hours to pick it up. Save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else. I am going to change pharmacies.

If you like waiting on an average of a half hour the drive-thru then this is your store. You'll probably die of old age waiting for your meds.
