My partner and I made appointments for a vaccination. Arrived early and waited in line for twenty minutes to be told they didn’t have a pharmacist who could dispense vaccines. The person we spoke to said that someone should have called us to let us know. They offered for us to walk in on Monday, but we made the appointments to ensure we had time to counteract any of the side effects that occur when getting a vaccination. The offer also didn’t really seem to consider our availability. Upon inspection neither my partner nor I received any calls from Walgreens or a local number. The only email I received was for Covid test results I had done in April of 2023–yes it was a new email dated 01/11. Super disappointed in the service and zero communication. Will not be returning to that location if I need anything from the pharmacy.

Don't waste your time Calling for information from there main line they took 30 minutes just to tell me to call someone else after the automated person asked me what it was I was calling for I answered expectating to get to talk to them and well she gives me a new number to call I call and been on the line 60 minutes now I honestly think Walgreens don't care for customers support they finally answered and said (IAM SORRY WE ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH ARE PHONE PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER) I NEED PRESCRIPTION DETAILS FOR SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT THANKS WALGREENS SOMETIMES I WONDER BUT why bother.

I purchased a visa gift card for &92.51. They took my money. When I got home, opened it to activate. It was missing four numbers in the front and security code was delivered. Went back to Walgreens on north main and trivia, they refused to make it right and would give a refund. They stated they would not refund because they are third party from the company that puts the cards in their store. Never buy a gif card from Walgreens.

Stay away from this Walgreens…yesterday I went through drive-thru for my RX…Sat for a long time and it turns out, they lost my filled RX which caused a long line behind me. I came home without my RX.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS running late or “never received” the prescription. Staff is not friendly and the call center customer service is a joke.

After going to times to pick up my prescription and being told that it would be ready in an hour, I come the next morning and the gentleman that helped me was so rude and told me to come back in an hour that they still didn’t have it ready. I told him I was gonna sit there until my prescription was ready and a minute later it was done. Ridiculous

A quick stop to hit up their ATM as it's free in my network. While I was here, a quick look around and a few postcards from Las Cruces to send to people back home. The store is laid out the exact same as every other Walgreens that I have seen this year from Charlotte to Cape Coral to Roswell. Decently lit, no trash in the parking lot and a "Welcome to Walgreens" as I entered the store. It's A-OK. [Review 17475 overall - 85 in New Mexico - 993 of 2022.]

Worst pharmacy ever! They will have you go back and forth and give you “estimated” times that prescriptions will be ready but it is a farce! I went back and forth 3 times when they kept telling me the script would be ready in “30-45 minutes” and they’re “pushing it to the front” finally said something honest “it wouldn’t be ready until probably tomorrow”. The medication is a very common antibiotic! Would give zero stars if that was an option!

I was impressed by the customer service of the pharmacy staff on the phone I wasn't able to get her name but I called to get my covid results. I was expecting a "you'll get a call when they come in" but she actually took the time to look into it and answer my questions. It's the little things but going through all this covid stuff I really appreciated the helpfulness for once.

Staff is very friendly but with COVID testing and only having 1 lane I waited in line over 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front. possibly switching to CVS across the street

Always warm and welcoming feeling of trust and an understanding that people come to the pharmacy for only a few reasons;To get medication, or they are in need of assistance in some way or form.Putting myself in the shoes of the pharmacist: This usually would bring impatience and rude or grumpy people that seem to bring their entitlements with them to feel the need to rush the people giving them medications.Be nice to everyone; you never know what is going on in one another’s livelihood.

I only went because I have a sick friend too weak to get out of bed and the prescription was for her. It used to be MY pharmacy but the Walgreens employees were NOT enforcing the mandatory mask rule last year. Oh, God forbid that they possibly upset a paying customer even if it exposes the rest of us to risk!! The drive-up window was slower than molasses in the Artic, used up a LOT of gasoline waiting for my turn and only one lane was open.
