Extremity rude. Went back twice, first time internet down. All prelims done, no doctor. Went back 2 days later, waited over an hour. Was told that we're doing this as courtesy. Really?!

Don't go there. 1. Shirley, the office manager is extremely rude. Their system went down when they were about halfway done with my exam, so they had to reschedule me. When I came back for the new appointment, they had me wait about an hour and a half after the scheduled time before I finally got fed up and left. All this time, Shirley never apologized for the inconvenience and tried to make it seem like it was all my fault and I was inconveniencing them. 2. They don't even have a doctor on site. The tech does the preliminary exam and then sends the results to the optometrist through the internet. The optometrist then does a teleconference call to talk to you about your results. Yet, they still charge you full price for this cut-rate service!

Great experience here. My appointment was with the telehealth Doctor who was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. The two techs that I worked with were very friendly too.It took about an hour for the prescreening and the appointment. I would definitely come here again.

I was traveling through from Texas and had accidentally sat on my glasses, to the point where they weren't fitting right. I stopped in here and a young man named Carlos was amazing! He was empathetic to my plight, and promptly agreed to see if he could help. He fixed them within a minute, and I felt he was genuinely happy he was able to help. If it was a restaurant I would have left him a very generous tip. Employees like Carlos are why I'm a Vision Works customer for life. Thanks Carlos!!

The women who waited on me were bossy and rude, "go sit down".....really ladies? Did they tell you to treat customers in such an unprofessional way? If you are unfortunate enough to get the blond robot lady to wait on you, she will sarcastically say "Yes Ma'am" in an obnoxious way, over and over again!

WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!!! Run, don’t walk, to a competent eye doctor. I had already done the pre-site check with a technician and was told the eye doctor would not be coming in that day. Things happen right? I was rescheduled for later in the week and told I would not have to wait again, I would be pulled in with the doctor when I got there. After waiting one hour, I advised the staff that I had another appointment and was told that there were still two patients in front of me and the doctor was running behind and that I needed to remember they had two other locations. Not my problem that the doctor cannot organize her time well enough. Ridiculous waste of time. Dr. needs to get her act together. Also, Shirley in the front is extraordinarily abrasive and rude.

This is the second time that I use your services both times,have been extremely greatful and the most important!! My glasses fit perfectly, Had no problems what So ever.. Thank You ???
