I went to two dealerships before deciding to check Viva Toyota out and those dealerships were a nightmare. I was connected with Wayne Sheppard, who from the beginning of the process to the end was an absolute joy to do business with. He was very knowledgeable, and kept in contact with me for the exact car I wanted. I arrived to the lot happy and left even happier.

My husband and I each bought our trucks here this summer. We were highly satisfied with our sales person, Melanie, during his purchase in July so we went back to her again for mine this month. Melanie was extremely helpful and always kept us updated on everything we needed to know. Our daughter is looking for a vehicle next so we will definitely go back to her to check out some new trucks.

The service department here is amazing! The mechanics are the best of what they do.The service entrance is spacious and clean, and the staff is ready and eager to assist you.They are rarely very busy, because Toyota vehicles rarely break down. Mostly just routine maintenance.Parts counter is extremely knowledgeable, and will get any part you need.

I would be cautious about giving your business to this car lot and service center. They will mislead you through it all. From purchases to services, they will twist and leave out information. They will tell you one thing and then deny it later. They will not go above and beyond to make it right. The cost and time will be all on the customer. Their required package during purchase is just a way of marketing up things that are made out to be better than it is. For service, I just came for an oil change and tire rotation which I scheduled. I drive an hour to get serviced as I live in Deming. They gave me back my 4Runner after an hour and a half to tell me they rotated the tires. I asked about an oil change which they tell me isn't part of the 5k service. Which is not right for a vehicle used in dirt and for four-wheeling. I asked for an oil change. They wanted me to pay $150 for an oil change. I am still waiting for this oil change that counts against the 2 you get with purchase. So nothing for my time and it's my fault even though I had an oil change scheduled and the service guy repeated what I asked for that included the oil change. I have been here now for another hour and my 4runner is still sitting out front. Would not recommend and I definitely am thinking it's time to find another service center for my vehicle. Customers beware.

Toyota dealership used to mean something, not any more. Went to VIVA TOYOTA for scheduled appointment for routine oil change and rotate tires, almost 2.5 hours later our car was finally ready. Service advisor told us after the first hour in that car would be ready in about 20 minutes. We were ready to go that whole time but ended up waiting another 1.5 hours. The advisor didn't apply the coupon their own coupon even though we presented it when we signed in. An oil change was $130 , and the TOYOTA trained technician didn't reset maintenance light. I hope that is all they forgot. We have been taking cars to dealer since we purchased but will not do this in the future We didn't notice maintenance light or that coupon hadn't been applied till we checked paperwork the next day. Paper work is difficult to read and understand also. We were in such a hurry to leave because we were already late to pick up children we just left in a hurry. The appointment was scheduled and should not have taken more than a hour so we thought we would have plenty of time allowing 2 hours for oil change. Service advisor is rude and condescending should not be working with people, cant reach anyone using the phone to save your life. Very poor customer service unless you're buying a car they are very nice. Another time we took car for oil change we lost center cap on new truck day after service and of course they said it wasn't their responsibility. So check your caps before you leave another center cap of ours was barely on and would have probably flown off if I hadn't checked. I always accompany my wife now because if she's alone, they do fear mongering to get additional services and pad bill, this stopped when we started going together.

Just bought a 2023 Toyota Tundra SR5 and couldn’t be happier. Great experience. Wayne was a great with helping me pick a truck and was very honest and to the point with things. Christina was very quick with the paperwork process and I was out of there faster than I’ve been at other dealers. Really recommend this place!

I was financing for sale a leased Corolla. The sales associates, Melanie and Jaime, we’re both very nice and knowledgeable and helpful in getting through the details and paperwork. I recommend them highly if you are looking to buy or lease a Toyota vehicle. My only concern is the time it takes to complete the transaction. Completing the deal required time with the one Finance Manager who was tied up with other transactions. I left and came back the next day, completed the paperwork, and left in less than half an hour.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Viva Toyota. I have been taken care of since the moment I walked into that building. All of the staff was helpful and friendly but I was blessed with the best salesman Jaime Gamboa! I can’t thank him enough for his patience with all of my questions, with his professionalism and really taking care of me, since we started communicating, he was never pushy, aggressive and never made me feel pressured. He got me exactly what I wanted and made the process stress free and very easy. Christina, the finance manager, basically presented a beyond concierge service to the purchase of my new tundra. She went beyond her job title and even accompanied me on a test drive. Her aura of patience with combined soft energy created an experience of ease. Jaime, the salesman, was a true gentleman. He was very forthcoming and explained all options in details. This is truly a well oiled /well managed dealership in this lovely town. I recently purchased the vehicle from Viva Toyota in Las Cruces, NM.Brandon C. from sales is very professional & knowledgeable and helped me make the purchase at a very good rate.My experience with Christina V (finance) was amazing as well.Overall I’m very happy with the purchase and specially you don’t feel pressure to buy like with other dealers.The only feedback I have is that they make you buy mandatory maintenance package which was approximately $1000 for me. I wish I would not have to pay for that!
