just wanted to thank the representative at the Verizon store on Lohman in Las Cruces, NM for helping me and my Dad figure out the best way to get his damaged phone replaced. I'm in PA and the rep called me and we chatted through options. he was super helpful, not pushy, and I really appreciated all his help!

Worst customer service I've received from a carrier not to mention when you call they're answering machine does not recognize when you click a nor does it recognizes when you say them aloud only after 15 minutes of it not understanding will it transfer you to a service representative

Refused service 35 minutes before closing. Barely got into town and needed a new phone. Don't recommend this Verizon location.

Called the store for help and instead of offering assistance they transfered my to an automated system that charged me money to talk to someone. Will change carriers asap

They are always 'Johnny on the spot' at this store. They usually greet you at the door and keep you updated on when they will get to you. Not usually pushy. No complaints.

Verizon keeps throttling my service, keeps cutting off my use of the Hotspot feature and keeps lying to me about what is going on. They obviously don't mind wasting my time. They said that they put an investigator on my case to have me believe that they are actually doing something to "fix" the issue. If Verizon doesn't want my business then just say so.

My husband's phone suddenly completely died. Walked in and the guy signed us in. We were 3rd in-line but when we told him the problem, he plugged it in, reset and we were on our way in less than 2 minutes!!! And he showed him how to reset it! Crisis avoided.
