Driver lied about knocking for a signature delivery and left a note on my front gate without even attempting to come to my door and knock like they always do. Then I talked to customer service and they said my package would be taken to distributor in one hour and I went in with my slip and the lady was awful. She said the customer service rep over the phone lied and that the driver wouldn’t be here till 8-9pm. Nobody communicated between the two. Then she called the driver who said he knocked when I know he didn’t because I had my screen door open waiting for the package so I can sign for and just head to work. Anthill into a molehill with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. The office lady told me, “ well I spoke to the driver and he said he knocked and you didn’t answer so he left, and he’s a really good driver!” Like I’m the liar and he’s the truthful one. Even the Best employees make mistakes and I just wanted them to own up to it. All while they have my 3+ thousand dollar camera that’s bouncing around in that truck. I’ve been a delivery driver before and this was not how it should’ve been handled.

Funny how all other drivers have found the same exact address as the one that's on the package that I've been waiting for. This driver can't read numbers apparently and says there is insufficient address info, which I have verified through the website as correct. I too, like others was told I'd get a call within the hour.... Twice, and never did! So I have no idea where my package is or if they plan on trying to deliver it again. This is rediculous!

Was going to get my part Saturday and was leaving Sunday for my job 300 miles away. I got my part Monday when I was 300 miles away and had to wait till I came back home.

The customer center is okay, but the drivers or at least one I got couldn’t find his way out of wet paper bag. They did not deliver the packet because according to the entry they didn’t have access to the building, but I live in a house not an apartment complex or any other type of commercial building? Then I call customer service to get clarification and they tell me that if I don’t pick up the packet by Friday it’ll be returned to the sender. So I had to drive 80 miles round-trip to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Drivers can’t deliver correctly, they refuse to leave package or they show up go to the furthest door from the street and dont even knock. I spent ALL day waiting for them to show up and they dont even knock on the door! When looking at my security cameras he dropped the box on my porch and then waited 2 second and left no note on my door or anything. I called the 1800 number the representative stated i would get a call in an hour. Hour later no call no. I called again spoke to a supervisor and they stated my package will be available to me to pick up at local store on Monday. We will see when i go Monday to pickup my package. If anyone sends a package to me from UPS and i get a tracking number im going to have it dropped off at a store rather than my house its the only way you can have your packages delivered at all.

I have to say this Seventeenth Street location has been great to me. The girls who answer when I call about my packages have gone beyond the line of duty to help me in a courteous way. From the minute I call to the time I go pick my packages up, they treat me with respect. Also, the delivery guys have been very accurate to bring my packages to my door and let me know they're here. The won't go anywhere else and drop off my stuff. Thank you all!

Always delivering to the wrong porch. Even if I ask them on my app to deliver on front door never there I'm always going around the neighborhood to look for it.. I'm always purchasing online and you guys still can't get it right.

Lost package, not the first time either. Delivered to wrong address and no one to call to report bogus delivery. Pathetic!
