Placed a simple print order on 8/9 and 8/12/24 for 2 return labels, notified they were ready same day so I came in days later on 8/14/24. 15 minutes before close I ask for pickup & guy up front tells me only one from last week is ready, told him it showed both as completed & if the other wasn't ready can he just print it off ( store was empty) and did absolutely nothing to help or fix the simple situation. Guy really said, "Sorry my manager hasn't been here for days he does all the printing, I would do it for you real quick like you asked but he kinda does all that I don't have access/ don't know how to print anything... you can go try on the printer/computer real quick but we close in 5-10minutes btw..."
Simple situation turned frustrating, going to fedex for everything now. Seriously you need a manager to print for you when you work at a shipping/printing store?? Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent, these are the kind of employees demanding to be paid more for doing less nowadays...
Go to a different location please, I missed shipping dates for drop shipped return items and left hanging so many times for same day confirmed print outs I needed for college presentations, do not go here.

The customer service was exceedingly commendable, and the workers demonstrated an excellent level of cooperation and communication with me. Furthermore, they managed my package(returnl efficiently, which made it pleasant to work in the store. That's why I gave them a 10 rating.

The employees here are wonderful… I have to guess that the management are behind my complaint… they’re the only UPS Store I’ve been to that claims to not have a business email @theupsstore.com and allow one to email a label and print it for them.
Aside from that they’re still the only delivery company not working with QR codes in 2023. It’s little things that make me want to avoid UPS going forward, and at this point I only go to see the friendly people that work there.

Today your store was SUPER BUSY at 1p.m. ish... only ONE CLERK and phone ringing off the wall. Poor kid not smiling not happy not greeting customers just plain frustrated! NOT FAIR TO HIM OR TO YOUR CUSTOMER!!
