Love this place for storage. Been with them over a year and never had a break in or anything. The price is good. Haven't had problems with billing. Just stopped by today to pop some more stuff in my unit and it was safe and sound.

All my experiences with the staff were pleasant and I never had an issue accessing my storage unit, but I'm leaving two stars for what I can only describe as greedy business practices. Over 3+ years my storage price increased 4 times, which I personally found excessive. I do understand that running a good business employed by good people isn't cheap but I think customer experience is just as important and prices shouldn't be increased just because they can be or because of national economic opportunity (inflation). That they do not prorate also points to a devaluing of the customer because what honest business charges people for providing nothing at all? My experience as a customer here always felt a bit punishing due to opportunistic and punitive pricing.

Researched storage lockers online and dro7by a couple that looked run down and 1 was unfenced. Came to this place and it was very large, fenced and clean groundsMichael the manager gave a thorough explanation of operation and few regulations. Completed paperwork and payment and drove me to unit in golf cart.Inspected unit which was clean and locked it up. I had purchased a lock in office.Great place, great price if you arelooking.
