“I ended up at Firestone after being told, from a competitor, that the size of tires I needed would take a week to arrive. I didn't have that time because I was already on a donut. I left, drove to Firestone and was met in the drive by a nice man named Chris. He found the perfect tires for my car, had them installed and even saved me $50.
I cannot tell you how this old lady appreciates the time and patience that Chris showed me. I know I was anxious and had a lot of questions but he never showed frustration.
I forgot his last name but he was really tall and had gray hair.
