Been trying to contact this establishment for four days now and have only been able to talk to somebody twice both times trying to set up an appointment and when I’ve been told that I will be contacted I hear back absolutely nothing from them and even after calling again and letting them know that I’ve been waiting and after being assured that I will be called back I still hear back nothing. It’s not thing if a particular stylist can’t reach me but after telling the establishment I been waiting for more then 2 business days to hear back and still getting absolutely nothing! I’m not gonna waste my time or money chasing a business that completely ignores and disregards a clients complaint and opportunity for business. Don’t recommend a place that acts difficult to take the time to call back, I can’t imagine getting any work done here if that’s even possible. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s more professional

I am so grateful for the owner of this salon! She fixed me up so nicely. She did such a great job, was so sweet, and gave me what I wanted and a little extra on top of everything to make me feel better about my hair. I 100% Recommend her for color corrections, styling, regular color, ombre, touchups, and everything else! She is THE go-to girl. 1. I got a really bad hair cut and color by someone horrible "stylist" in Albuquerque which made me look like a half baked grandma with bangs from the rocker era. Just awful. 2. I spent a week walking around with that horrible hair, but this salon was able to fit me into their schedule that following weekend. (Thank god!) 3. I walked into the salon and she came right up to me and called me back and got straight to work. The polite conversation was refreshing after the stress of my hair situation, and she offered me water and whatnot through the process. 4. She was able to fix my horrible haircut and color and transform me from grandma to cute goldy locks (trust me, it was a TRANSFORMATION!) and she made what hair I had left of my bangs in front workable and the color was gorgeous. She curled my hair too. My hair looked so great after she was done!

Their always adding to their amazing staff and services. I trust Maria completely with suggestions and hair advice. It's the place to be for pampering yourself ?

I don’t usually do this but this really made me angry. I had made an appointment at 2:00pm and got there around 1:55. Once in there I was not acknowledged AT ALL!! Until I had said something. The workers were extremely rude. I was going for a consultation because I was looking forward to getting hair extensions and I had school at around 2:45pm. Well it was about 2:30 and nobody ever helped me. It was extremely annoying when businesses to this. If you are going to do appointments make sure you stick to them. I would’ve been fine with it if they had told me that they were running late or something but the whole place was empty and all the workers were in the back chit chatting, so I got up and left and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even notice. I got extremely dirty looks and it was completely unprofessional.
