I just had the worst customer service from a drive thru employee here. Here name was Danielle. All I requested was 6 packets of hot sauce and she gave me attitude. She would only only give 3 at a time, and she did it with such distain. Then when I paid for my meal she thru my card on the floor. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Watch out for the customer service at this location.

The new ordering scheme by screen seems overly distant. Perhaps it a plus to some. Makes it feel like it's a vending machine sometimes rather than a restaurant with people preparing your food.

I recently had a frustrating experience with a to-go order from Taco Bell. I placed my order and specifically requested certain items, but when I got the delivery from the door dasher and opened the bag, I realized that some of the items were missing. We both acknowledged that items were missing, and he proceeded to say he would go back and get them which he never did. Understandable that’s not his responsibility.Not only were the missing items a key part of my order, but they were also ones that I had been looking forward to enjoying. It was disappointing and inconvenient to have contact them to resolve the issue.What made the experience even worse was the lack of response from Taco Bell when I reached out to them. I called the restaurant and to no surprise right off the bat they were hostile about missing tacos and not only were they inconsiderate but I could hear the cook talking bad about us, and I brought it to the employees attention who I was on the phone with and she replied with “ that’s not my concern” instead of having sympathy or just simple respect It felt like they didn't care about my concerns or the fact that they had made a mistake.They also wasted my time and money. It was frustrating to have to deal with the inconvenience of having to go back and forth with the restaurant or try to get a replacement.Overall, this experience with Taco Bell's to-go order was extremely disappointing. The missing items and lack of response from the restaurant left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that Taco Bell improves their order accuracy and customer service to prevent similar issues in the future.

I am not sure who is in charge of this store or the management but your employees may need a bit more training on customer service. It was baffling to see employees screaming, cursing, taking pictures and dropping their phones while customers are asking to be helped. Tried to gain their attention multiple times and was ignored as I saw an employee sit on top of the cash register screaming and laughing with the other employees clearly ignoring customers at the stand. Until finally another employee took notice and told the other employees to be quiet. She was very rude and honestly just disturbing to watch how management is allowing night employees to run wild in the store.

You think these places would hire people with some intelligence. Drive thru people don’t know what a mobile app order is. Pretty simple stuff and they weren’t that busy so there’s no excuse for that then there’s never anyone at the front apparently it takes a whole team including manager to make a burrito luckily there’s better service Taco Bell’s avoid this taco hell if you don’t want to pay for ineptitude and degeneracy. Can’t even setup a deluxe box

Now they have a computer there where you order. It is in English only, not very computer friendly. No one up front to tell you that there don’t take orders themselves. Waste of a paper bag, as it does not ask if it dine in. Very poor choice of serving the customer.
