Polite, took time to explain everything and got through with filing my taxes quickly...I didn't have an appointment, decided to walk in and got lucky that day.....I was seen in less than 5 minutes :)

Just couldn't deliver the help I needed. Could never get ahold of them, and when I asked for copies of documents, I never received them.

If I could give zero stars I would. They screwed up our taxes. I highly recommend and advise anyone to go some place else. You work so hard for your money to have these idiots handle your money
