Limited stock on hand. Runs out and seems to never know when restocked product will be back. Almost as seems like there delivery truck is a mystery what's going to be on it.

I have been shopping at this store for almost 10 years. This is my go-to store for any meat for sausage/jerky making, and any smoking adventures. The store is well stocked and well organized. The staff is more than willing to assist in any way possible and to answer any questions.
