The WORST storage facility I've ever done business with. More than half the time I go, there is no one at the office during the posted business hours. No one ever returns my calls and even when calling the emergency number and selecting your state you get met with a "Sorry, I couldn't get to your call rn please leave a message." and an automated voice saying the mailbox is full. This is beyond ridiculous as I've called into work and even rented a truck and cannot get to my storage because I was late on a payment. Extremely unprofessional, I will never do business with South Main Storage ever again. And I advise anyone who values their time and money to look elsewhere cause South Main Storage is not it.

Rented10x15 brought trailer to days later the door wasn't wide enough no refund period it was a not very secure place any way

Ads said 50% off 1st month if paid for 1st and 2nd month. When checking in was told they would not honor their ad. This was the reason I chose this facility. Was upset and disappointed. They admitted they knew about the ad, but even after calling the owner, they refused to honor the advertised price.

No wonder this place stays booked all the time. I was lucky to get in. I don't have to worry about flooding. I think great care was taken in the layout. The only negatives are the steep incline getting into the place and no 24 hour access. So you work with it. Very safe and secure.

New management is horrible, raise rent without notice. Customer service is horrible, no one ever answers phone calls or returns calls.
