Ondrea was awesome to work with, her great energy and warm approach made me automatically feel at ease and definitely helped set the tone for the rest of the transaction, in which she answered all my questions, definitely proving she wanted to gain my business, the process was smooth from the beginning to the end. My experience here really went above and beyond with both technicians Jorge and Chuy! With my first visit and then my second for a check in on my car.
I really liked how they had an area for my baby girls to hang out. Simple and not overwhelming for us at all.
They got us in and out right away! And were clear in the results of my car.

Great service! I brought my GTI in for an oil change and they also took care of two recalls I had. They did an all points check up and sent a detailed video showing everything they checked. This was very helpful for me because I'm from out of town and I have confidence that my car is in top shape for the 800 mile drive home! (They suggested a new air filter and I went ahead and replaced it.)
I would highly recommend this location for service.

Easy to schedule service with plenty of availability. Good communication throughout visit. A new text system is used but if further service needs to be performed they call to review. They also included a video of the inspection. Great experience!

My family and I have purchased 8 vehicles in the last 15 years from Sisbarro. My son's, my daughter-in-law, my sister, my ex-husband, and I are so pleased with the personal and professional care we get here. They've helped us in every possible way.
