so, we purchased this vehicle not to long ago, kia forte, it was nice at first, but we found out the tires were bald, break pads were gone, rotors were torn up, alignment was off, grill broken, glove box.. broken, and they lied to us that it was never in an accident, had the vin ran somewhere else, IT WAS in an accident, which wasn’t surprising, but in the beginning they tried to tell us that they couldn’t do anything about the break pads because it was “customer wear” but we told them we only had it for not even 2 weeks!! so luckily they changed them and the tires.. but but let’s get to the good part, i’d say about 3-4 weeks ago the AC went out!! wonderful right just after 5 months? mind you this is a 2018, how does 7 yr old cars ac go out? idk, but still ,the ac is out, breaks squeak when breaking even though they’re not worn down.. so im assuming it’s something else like the calibers? don’t even know… don’t waste your money here it’s definitely not worth it.

Never have I ever got a vehicle from somewhere signed three contracts left to another town and had to return the vehicle after 4 almost 5 months.

This is the worse place to get a vehicle! I bought a 2023 Chevy Malibu with 20 thousand miles I had the car for 30 days when it started jerking every time I changed gears so I took it back and I went back and forth with everyone in the service department Jose Salas, Chuck, Colton, and Justin! Nobody knew what was going on there was no communication between any of the mechanics and the managers, at first they “could not duplicate the problem” until finally they figured out it was the transmission and it needed to be replaced, at this point I was pretty pissed that a pretty new car with low miles needed a whole new transmission. I asked Alex Veloz the sales manager about getting into another vehicle he said I could but I would have to pay another 4 grand after putting down large down payment I was not going to give them anymore money, so I just let it be and let them replace it. It took over a month to replace the transmission finally they called me to pick up my car and it felt different not a smooth ride at all like when I first got it so I drove it home and opened the hood and everything was shaking it sounded like a diesel. I took it back the next day told them it’s shaky and loud. Before I bought the car I remember them opening the hood while it was on it, it was so quiet it didn’t sound like the car was on so I know this noise and shakiness is not normal! I got a hold of Michael Yoke & Darrel carpenter and they both told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that noise was “normal” they even went as far as asking me to go down there because they had another Malibu that sounded the same to prove that it was “normal” they refused to fix my car or make the situation right! Do not waste your time or money here! They also put an additional 300 miles on it the month and a half they had the car!

He was highly recommended so that’s why I went to him. I’ve purchased several vehicles from Sisbarro by far this is the best purchase I’ve ever made vehicle I wanted n pmts are going to be very affordable

I want to commend Dan Sisbarro and Mike Tourtillott for taking great care of me, my business and family for more than 20 years. We have purchased over 90 vehicles from them over the past 23 years and have never had a bad experience. They are always willing to work with you and take care of any concerns you may have. I highly recommend them as your GO TO dealership. If I'm not mistaken, they are the only locally owned dealership left in Las Cruces. BUY LOCAL.
