Excellent store with decent prices. The clothes smells pre-washed and the store is clean and organized. ??

Came by yesterday afternoon to donate a lot of never worn clothing items to the store. I was very disappointed how the cashier person treated me. At least, I expected a hello and thank you for dropping off valuable items. Definitely, not a place to recommend!

Need good quality items then buy it here. I understand that more money goes to help the people than other places.

Called in to verify, described item precisely, and received the Ok to drop off. But when I tried to drop off a very good condition queen box spring, the person receiving donations treated me as if I were a criminal. The rudest person I have encountered in many years. I fully understand that many items do not meet the criteria, but this guy needs to be fired. I won't donate there again.

I stumbled upon this store while trying to get somewhere else. I didn't even know it was there. The first thing I saw when I got inside was the rack of greeting cards. I asked the worker how much they cost and was happy when she said 10 cents each (including envelope). I picked out eight cards. From there, I looked around the rest of the store. Things were neat and organized, but some of the prices were HIGH. I saw a cloth basket (the kind you'd buy at Walmart or Target to organize closet shelves) priced $19.99. Whoa! Clothes were pricey for a thrift store too. However, there was a white board where they had written the sales. Dresses and lady's shoes were 50% off. All yellow tag items were 75% off, and slacks were $1. There was also a shopping cart full of scarves for $1, and some creepy old fashioned dolls were 50% off. (I did not linger near those dolls!!!) So there were bargains to be found.I ended up finding a pair of slacks to wear to work for only a dollar! (The pants were originally priced at $7.99.) I also found a pair of Lee jeans in great condition with a yellow tag on them. I got them for $1.75 instead of $6.99.The dressing room was available to shoppers, so I got to try on the pants before I purchased them. The dressing room is small, but functional. You do need to consult a worker before you use it.The workers answered my questions. They weren't rude, but they seemed tired. I don't blame them. A steady flow of customers kept them busy. The store is big, and there is a lot of inventory. The store was clean, and well organized. All merchandise was put away in its appropriate place. The store did seem a little dark though.I would definitely return to this store and shop here again. I'd especially pay attention to sale items.

Pros: Well laid out. Good variety. They even had a motorcycle for sale. Nice staff.Cons: No bathroom. No changing room to try clothes on. They don't group shoes by size, because "then how would we sort them?" Um, by the main criteria that determines how people buy shoes? ?
