Messy ,not organized ,restrooms are dirty and store manager ,supervisor unprofessional dont get anything done don't even know how to run the store .I also worked there too much favoritism I never got hours I worked once every 2 weeks then they just let me go

Never have a problem but came and checked out @ 9:25 pm 5/22/24 no lines except my family member paying separate three items and me having 12 items then security asks to go to shelf check out if I wanted to self check out I would’ve in the first place said if I had eight I can but security still tried to redirect meanwhile they aren’t doing NOTHING prior afterwards the security and cashier sat there just talking laughing STILL DOING NOTHING. Just rude of them and lack customer service speaking from someone who works in the service industry. New girl shelf checkout came through and helped ! And knew it was wrong for them to turn us away!!

There was a kid/employee running around yelling wheres my dad at the top of his lungs while chasing another kid. He tried to return the clothes I didn't want but I handed them to an actual associate that was hanging out with him. I don't know if that was an associate, a customer, or an associates friend but it was an uncomfortable situation that all the employees seemed fine with.

I literally did not wait. Went straight to self check out. They really do offer many items and options. Best to go on weekdays when its not so busy. Parking gets really packed as its a big shopping center. Petco, Marshalls, Big Five, Eyemart Express, and some shoe store.
