Shady pricing. Always different depending on who you talk to. One time I took my own oil and they still charged me $45 + tax even tho I was quoted less. And when I question it, he just told me. ( I don't know who quoted you that.) They don't even try. Also I have a friend who took her vehicle there for oil change. The next day her car started stopping. Took it back and they said it needed transmission oil change and flushed Had them do it. They said it was a hard job so was going to take couple hours. 35 min later they called that it was ready. The charge was over $250. And they told her it's a close system so they weren't able to flush. But they still charged as if they had taken 2 hrs. Showed them a pic of the metal shavings and it was A LOT of metal. Her car had just been checked as that weekend she took trip to Carlsbad Caverns. Recently took it to her mechanic. They checked the transmission oil and told her that was not normal. I gather intentional. So the end of that story is. She needs a new 7k transmission. And this was after taking it to do initial motor oil change here. Issues following day. Then having them do the transmission oil change and flush. Which they knew was not even possible. Yet they still charged as if. Be aware and inform your self. And pay attention if indeed they are changing your oil. This is probably my second review. I am livid, my friend is low income and in this economy. She's out with transportation for a while. I know for a fact her vehicle did not have transmission issues. I was with her on the Carlsbad trip. No issues what so ever. Until the motor oil change here. SO YES I FEEL THAT THOSE WHO TAKE THE TIME TO READ REVIEWS SHOULD KNOW THIS. And I trust in God he won't allow this or any business to continue this way. He will stop ? it one way or another !!

Absolutely worst experience ive ever had here. I paid $100 for an oil change yesterday. First they left a light on in my car the whole time and drained the battery. Next, i get to where i meed to be after i leave there, come out 2 hours later and my tire is flat as hell. Then the next day i wake up, theres a leak of oil under my car and my car will not start. To top it off i called them and spoke to the manager. This man tells me there’s nothing they can do and suggest i try getting a new battery under warranty ? i had to shell out another $200 for a mew battery. This place and the men working here are an absolute joke. I am absolutely livid DO NOT COME HERE.

They left weed and s*** in my car, I asked them so they could own up to the weed and they said no so I know it was there clearly and I don't care but the point of them not owning up to the weed is causing problems for me in my personal life and that shits just f***** up all I needed them to say was "yes I left the weed left overs in there, I am sorry" THATS LITERALLY IT, y'all suck for f****** real and I been there too many times to not be treated with the dignity of just the truth wtfff I spend way too much money for y'all to literally have f***** up my entire day OVER SOME MARIJUANA OMGGG
