Movers did not get all my stuff. Then they take 15 to 25 business days to deliver. Then the packers lied and said I did not want to pay extra for my storage units when I had already payed for the move. They did not have a big enough truck to get all my stuff. They came to load me in a penske rental truck. That they had already picked up another house. The day before so they did not have room for my things. When I booked the move I was told it would take a couple of days to get to the new house. Now it’s going to be a mouth. If I had been told this up front I would not have used this company. The operator will not work with me or even give me a refund for the storage that was left behind. Now I have to pay again for it to be moved and drive back to it which is a 12 hr drive. Not happy with this company

(Revised review) Small out of state move. Husband/ wife ownership I assume. Had serious delay issues with my move. Only AFTER the husband owner, Armando, took over the logistics, did we finally see results. He gave us constant communication and updates,including photos. The drivers, loaders and delivery crew, on point. Bottom line, the owner did the absolute right thing to take care of his customer, and gave NO excuses, even though he took a loss. Long mf journey, but thanks Armando.

Not sure what's going on with my belongings or where they are at. Items picked up 5 weeks ago and I get ZERO response from my voicemail, text or emails. I'm not sure how you can be in business for 10 years with such Low customer service and communication. I read the 2.6 reviews after the fact of a 3rd party assigning this company for my move. I'd just like a reply, a firm date for the delivery AS MY SON HAS BEEN IN AN EMPTY APARTMENT FOR 5 WEEKS.

Leo-get out. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever come
In contact with. The owners armondo and grace will rip you off every way they can. I have over 10,000 in damages that they don’t have the ethics to even return my phone call. Their trucks are so poorly maintained, they destroyed my driveway and my yard. No compensation has been offered! I am retired military and have made sure no department of defense will ever use this company. Anyone in las cruces or El Paso don’t even consider them. They will lie, cheat, no reimbursement. They couldn’t even hire enough workers to unload the truck. I, a 66 y/o female had to direct and unload the truck! 2.6 rating isn’t
Low enough for this company. I have contacted the BBB to file a report and have contacted an attorney. I repeat…….DONOT USE THIS COMPANY! Leo, their son, was the only Light in this company and they won’t even listen

If I could give zero Stars I would. I have been calling them for months because they delivered items from another customer including, personal information, like could steal this person's identity type of information. They refuse to call me back, they refuse to email with me, and no matter what time I call they will not answer my calls. They also broke my TV, somehow misplaced my dresser and broke several boxes, thankfully only one item broke so it was something of my deceased mothers that I cannot replace. I had a better time moving myself and a U-Haul and it was cheaper. Do not use this company. You're better off packing and renting the Pod system for the price and the service they offer.

Packing was good. Unpacking at destination left mess with missing screws and incomplete assemblies. Bedframe damaged, desk, coffee stand are missing long screws that you can't buy in market. so basically I have to throw it off. In total I lost approx $1500 worth of goods. They will take payment before unloading. After that good luck if you get everything done right. Can't do anything about it. I am going to add in blacklist and won't recommend for any employer moving services in the future.

Moved us 2 years ago and I sent insurance forms to them fir a claim and they did not send to company. Have called and left letters in cruces office and they choose to ignore them. I will keep pursuing the damages they did.

These guys are nice but completely wrecked some of my furniture moving from NM to Ok. They never return phone calls. I’ve given up trying to contact them which is probably their goal. I would never recommend them.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever worked with. Damaged multiple goods that are too many to list and will not send me a claims form. Main contact, Armando, at the company will not answer me. Customer service will not respond to me despite multiple attempts at reaching out via emails and phone calls. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They will destroy your things and never answer you after they take your money.Edit since company response: A company who refuses to return personal phone calls and emails but will respond to an online review proves my review regarding the lack of professionalism of this company is accurate.

In every area, Ready Set Go Moving exceded my expectations. Crew showed up on schedule and put in a ton of effort to make sure my relocation went smoothly. They even assisted me with loading a few things into storage. They were helpful and courteous throughout the process, and I couldn't have asked for better service. They would absolutely be used again for any upcoming moving relocation.

The worst company ever! Do not waste your time and money. You'd be better off throwing out all your possessions and purchasing new. These people will just trash everything you have, and then refuse to take responsibility.

My main point of contact, Leo, is friendly, but that is the l only positive thing I can say about this company. My move was unorganized and arrived weeks later than it was supposed to. They lost some of my boxes, one of which was an expensive computer monitor, my furniture was scratched, and my standing desk was damaged. They had me fill out a damage claim form, but it’s been two months and they have yet to give me an update status or return my calls. They also only take cash, demand it as soon as they arrive or they won’t unpack your stuff, and overcharge! DO NOT hire this company!
