Terrible service The IRS sent me a letter that they did something wrong. I called them to tell them and they told me that they didn't have an appointment for 1 month ? because of something they did wrong.

The worst place to do taxes. The secretaries with so little sympathy and ethics. Very unprofessional. It is worth mentioning that they never answer the phones. Yes, they are supposed to have a phone number so that one can talk, but in this place they are only for decoration. Zero recommended this place.

Do NOT do business with these people. We were recommended to have personal and business taxes done and they have been nothing but headaches. When I finally gave up on dealing with them and taking my business else where; getting all my paperwork has been a nightmare. I have gone personally and over the phone with probably every single employee and just never got my entire paperwork back. Horrible service and always get the run around, they lost my 1099's and my W-2's. Keep away from them.

Had been a customer for past three years and service was great and quick. This year I received the worst customer service. Waited almost two hours until I was told I could leave my forms and they would be ready next day. No call back until I called myself to follow up and walked in. Was assisted then again told to return the next day to sign tax return. Come to find out my tax return was just submitted almost a month after I signed. There is no proper communication between the staff. Messages are not forwarded. WORST customer service ever!!!

In the beginning Ramirez accounting was great they did an awesome job over some years latley over the last 3 yrs of them i guess coming up has been the worst my husband still has not recieved his 2020 taxes. My mother in law did her taxes there like 2 yrs ago and she never recieved her state taxes due to i guess them having miscommunication, they had her back and forth to irs and their office till the irs told her they hadnt even recieved her taxes so how did she expect to get them, then went back with gerardo and all he said was oh yeah here they ill send them.. Like what so she had to wait to the end of the year almost to recieve them. I personally told my husband not to do his taxes there anymore and this year same thing happened still waiting on his taxes, lets see what they have to say to us and what run around we will get from them this time.

Had been a customer for 10 years and they just lost my business. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait more than an hour. Poor customer service. Will not recommend.

Poor follow-up! I was excited to find a new way to do my taxes other than on-line. The initial face to face service was good even recommended to my sister. Now after needing follow-up for an adjustment or edit on my taxes, no return calls as promised, too bad. I will not be returning, just hope I can get this situation resolved through them for final communication with this business.
