Very difficult to sign in with a kiosk or calling customer service number. Had to give a credit card in case Medicare or other insurance does not for any services. Wondering if I should go back to CPL labs!!

I had a good experience at this Quest location. I don’t really care for the check in process, I think they need a live person at the door. When I was leaving, a person rushed passed me through the door. Not sure if it was my responsibility to stop them??

They were expecting me at my designated appointment time, called me by name. The tech was outstanding and prepared. I got results the next day.
