I agree with the other reviews on the nice decor. However, the chair is uncomfortable. I don’t feel like my feet are soft. I specifically ask my technician about making sure they were soft. I don’t think she took any extra effort like soaking them longer or extra callus remover. She was nice I just don’t feel like I got great service. She painted my nails nicely. But nothing about this experience made me want to come back. That sucks since it so close to my hotel and I’m here frequently. I want offered water or anything. Just sucks…
I chose this place taking I’d get the pampered treatment and that was not the case. I watched another tech clean up after a client and it made me wonder if they are using professional cleaning products??
Oh, toes look good. Feet don’t feel good. I asked for an extra massage during the treatment it was not received. Most of the time spent on my feet was for polishing NOT the clean up and feet pamper.

This place did a horrible job on daughter’s nails and even cut up her fingers. I would never recommend this place. They did a I wouldn’t even give it a one star.

I currently sitting getting a pedicure and I’m completely astonished by the treatment I’m receiving.
To start off the experience I was not greeted and when I said hello to the nail tech her tone was rude and curt. I sat down to get my pedicure and the lady was very rude and rough with a distasteful look on her face.
I asked what exactly I was getting done because when booking over the phone the person did not explain the price, nor what actually what was to be done on my feet. I asked the lady when I got here what the royal pedicure was and when she answered she was very rude and slammed the tool down and began to tell me rudly and I said well this is what I want is the royal the right one for me and she then said yup.
Throughout the pedicure she was throwing lids down, not saying one word and having a rude face.
Flinging the light on top of me in a rude manner.
I am very disappointed in the treatment I received and will not recommend this place to anyone

I went in for a regular pedicure. Not only did the "nail tech" cut my toes with the nail file, they also charged me way more than what I was told over the phone. They charge you "tax" if you're using a debit card and the guy who charged me had the audacity to ask me if I had a check or cash since it would be no taxes if I paid that way. it's 2023 who carries their checkbook with them? These people clearly don't want to disclose all of their income to the IRS and their prices are high, I didn't even pay these prices in California. The only good thing about them was that the salon did seem clean and the girl who did my toes was pretty nice besides the fact that she cut me multiple times. I will not be back

Been coming here for a while and I really love it. It’s easy to get an appointment and you don’t have to wait very long at all before you get your manicure and pedicure. I also like the quality of the technicians because whoever I’ve had for my nails has always done a beautiful job.Service: Manicure

Went in 6 days ago for a pedicure and dipped nail service. Never had a pedicure where they only massage to your ankles - usually it's your entire calf. The dipped powder was not super smooth when I left but I dealt ugh it, but today I Noticed my nails are already chipping - I've been getting my nails dipped for at least 2-3 years (in another state) - this was a different experience but never ever have they only lasted less than a week- usually 3 weeks minimum and sometimes even 4. Very disappointed and a waste of my money.

My daughter Georgina goes here all the time and always comes out with a positive review! I love seeing what nail design and color she comes out with every time she goes. The inside of POSH is very cute and modern. The employees are very sweet and very talented! I will refer everyone to POSH!
