On Saturday Oct 7 at 11 am I was passing through Las Cruces on my way north to Wisconsin when my Kia Soul displayed message 'Fob Key Battery Low'. I phoned Pitre Kia & was most pleased to learn that they had a battery in stock for my fob, there was someone available to install the battery AND there was NO charge for this service! FREEEEEEE! How often does THAT happen these days? Absolutely Outstanding Service! Highly recommend!!

I’ve tried scheduling online and on the phone to get my car serviced. It always goes to voicemail if I call and if I try to use the online scheduler, I always get an automated response saying I will hear back from them. I haven’t had once response and I’ve tried scheduling for the past 2 weeks. I work during the day so I can’t sit there and call multiple times. I will try elsewhere because I need my car to work

I’ve dealt with one person at this dealership who is nice and I can’t remember his name but he’s in the service department. Except every time I call to try and talk to service, I’m sent to a voicemail of a person who NEVER calls me back. For example, today at about 1:30pm. So I call a second time, whoever this girl was at the desk who answered the phone, I explained I always get forwarded to that voicemail and no one answers or responds to voicemails. She proceeds to cut me off, have an attitude, and then as I’m still trying to talk, she basically shuts me up by immediately transferring me instead of letting me talk. Who does that? I left a voicemail for whoever she transferred me to and naturally, I got no call back. Hopefully you guys get your people some training on how to talk to people because that’s unacceptable. We’ll see how many days it takes to get a call back this time. Although based on reviews it seems this is a common trend, does the GM even care?

Absolutely awful I have tried again and again to have my car serviced for engine misfire codes and each time I call I get sent to a voicemail and even if you leave a message no one calls back. If you use their online scheduler no gets back either. I just want my car fixed. Not sure what kind of business they run.

One of the service guys I've dealt with a few times is really nice. The chick who answers the phone at the main desk at 1:30pm on a Thursday is completely rude. I always get sent to some voicemail of someone who NEVER calls me back and wen I call and ask to physically speak to someone in service, this chick is rude, has an attitude, and literally hangs up to transfer me while I was in the middle of talking. Great customer service, really. Looks like I'm going to start going to El Paso.

I purchased my new 2021 Kia Seltos back in March of 2021. When you purchasing a car here, they treat you nice enough. I'm here to tell you that once you walk out the door with your new car do not expect to be treated well again. They don't answer their phone, goes to voice mail, they don't return calls if you leave a message. The Auto service for oil changes, etc is always a hassle. This place deserves a D- grade. No wonder they don't get any business. I had a letter from KIA headquarters to go in for a service recall for Anti theft replacement. I have been trying for TWO WEEKS to get a return call or an appointment! Still have not received either. This place is horrible. Don't do business with this Dealership unless you want to be treated badly!!

We have been to many Kia dealerships for maintenance, and this location goes above and beyond for customers. We were four hours from our vacation destination and six hours from home..and our engine gave out. Anyone would be extremely stresses under these conditions, but they made this experience very pleasant. We had 2 dogs with us and two kids They were very straightforward with how long things would take as well as next steps for repairs. You can tell these employees are passionate about what they do. From the friendly manager keeping is entertained to maintenance being patient and driving us to a rental place. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

This dealership needs help. 3-4 weeks just to get the vehicle checked out. When I call to check on it most every call will go to a voicemail that doesn’t get checked because they never return the calls. The one time I got through to someone I explained the voicemail problem and asked to just talk to someone directly. I told em I wouldn’t mind waiting, and the receptionist assured me the only thing I could do was to leave a voicemail haha. After about 4 weeks they finally called and gave me a quote that was 2k more than the guy down the road. I don’t trust their tactics and don’t appreciate getting taken to the cleaners. If I hadn’t been forced to go to the dealer per the cars code I wouldn’t have.Hopefully they can get some more staff in there. Every time I drop in they are slammed so hopefully that’s all it is..

Wow, Pitre Kia offered me the best buying experience ever!I wanted a low key salesperson, someone who would answer my questions but not try to sway my decision. ARTURO TOVAR precisely fit the bill. He was very helpful and answered all my many many questions over several days. He didn't question why I wanted certain features or disliked other features. He gave me information and did not try to influence me. Yay! Extremely great person and salesperson.The general manager, MATT JOHNSON, surprised me because he broke the stereotypical mold. He seemed very sincere and to genuinely want to please his customers, not because it's his job but because he is a people person.One other thing I noticed is how friendly all the employees--not just the sales staff, but all the departmental staff--were. They must be treated well to be such happy people, which is a great reflection on the dealership.The only pressure came from the finance department, which eventually worked out.And, unlike so many of the dealerships nowadays, THEY HAVE INVENTORY!!If you're looking to buy a Kia, I highly recommend both ARTURO and MATT.(Yes, I did buy a vehicle and left very satisfied.)

I wanted to write about the awesome experience I had at Kia's service department! I took a van in for an oil change and tire rotation! I wanted to just give a review and mention the staff was very friendly from the second I got there! I was greeted by Joe at the service. He was just awesome! Very professional and I was impressed! Worst mistake of my life. Sold me a car that had a broken windshield. Messed up battery, blue dye in the inside. offered me a full tank of gas. Broken back brake light, starches all over the front of my car. Making me pay down payment on a payment plan and balance never seems to get smaller. Took advantage of me just getting out of a bankruptcy. Swore they would take care of me . Not likely. I would not suggest going to them.
