“Decided to go here for the 1st time a week ago, while my husband was in the hospital. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is located just down the street and I only needed a few things. I was so impressed with all aspects of this little gem. It was clean, everything I needed was available and everyone, from the customers to the associates were more than friendly. I also found management to be very helpful. And, even though this store is located across town, from my home, I went back to do my weekly shopping today. I was not disappointed. WMNM will now be my go to store for groceries...I love this store!!!”

“I appreciate no having long waits at the pharmacy drive through. The sale iems were inexpensive. I do wish, however, that I could use the photo machines to make enlargements of old photos to use as Christmas presents. Also, I wish the pharmacy drive through opened earlier and made it possible to get OTC medicines requiring a signature, like sudafed, without having to go inside when I'm sick. I'll have to go to Walgreens or Walmart for my enlargements.

“I just want to write thanking Jessica at the Walgreens on Rinconada Boulevard in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for her help in locating a much needed prescription for antibiotics. I had asked for it to be delivered on Feb 3 and a tracking code for FedEx had been assigned -- but FedEx had no record of receiving the package, even though Walgreens thought it had been picked up. I was completely out of the medication and needed it this morning (Feb 5), but no one could help, including the pharmacy, Blue Cross and FedEx. Luckily, Jessica thought to look for the prescription and realized it had never been picked up by FedEx, even though a tracking code had been issued. As a result, she retrieved the medication and we were able to pick it up today. I am just very grateful for her initiative and for her taking the time to locate the medicine. I wasn't able to use walgreenslistens.com for reasons I couldn't begin to explain, but I did want to make sure to give Jessica the pat on the back she deserves.”

While I hate going into places before they close, for this instance all of the workers were upbeat and helpful no matter when they had to close. “Since the wife's heart attack we find ourselves at the pharmacy here about every other day. The communication between her many doctors, cardiologists, surgeons and Mountain View labs has been near flawless. If there is an issue with her insurance not wanting to cover a medication prescribed by a physician the pharmacy contacts her insurance directly. We have rarely had to wait more than a day or two for the matter to be resolved. Sometimes they can do it while we wait. The pharmacy to us gets a 10 out of 10. Now that Las Cruces is down to one actual liquor store and it's on the other side of town for me; I just go in here for the beer I like (Bell's Two Hearted Ale - you cannot find it anywhere else on this side of town) or a decent bourbon. I was making regular treks to Spec's in El Paso because they have EVERYTHING. But COVID thwarted those outings. Thanks god for the liquor store here. They also sell cigarettes. The candy aisle has no sugar chocolate, the vitamin and supplement inventory always has what I need. It's a Walgreens...easy in and easy out. More limited than a Walmart of course. But Walmart sucks. I have never encountered a snarky clerk either - extra yay!”
“Had to stop here to refill my prescription (transferred from a different pharmacy from California) but it was handled & I got it fulfilled here painlessly. The wait after checking in was quoted at about 30 minutes, but they called me back sooner than expected. The costs were explained to me clearly by a knowledgeable Pharmacist. Good experience. Another pharmacist was patiently answering another customer's questions about getting a flu shot & her insurance coverage. The rest of the Walgreens was pretty clean & modern-looking. Things were organized & it was easy to find what I was shopping for. They had an awesome selection of holiday items when I visited mid November from cute mugs to sushi dog toys to a Zero (Nightmare before Christmas) tree topper! Lovely store. Good customer service.”

“The staff is friendly and helpful. Mesilla Valley Pharmacy is also a compounding pharmacy which carries all of my prescription meds and participates in my insurance. I'm glad they moved to my neighborhood so I can now get all my prescription meds at one local pharmacy that's close enough to bike to. Sorry folks near their old location.”
