When they're good, they're awesome! Service at this location is hit and miss. Sometimes the employees are super helpful and nice, and sometimes (even the same employees) they ignore you for their phones, they can't answer questions that are vital to pet care, and they talk down to you as if they surely must know more then you when obviously not all employees are knowledgeable in an areas and most customers are experts of the pets and breeds they care for. Good luck! Still, possibly the healthiest pets in Las Cruces. High quality supplies and pets, but marked up 40% (No kidding!) from PetSmart. Pick your poison there, I suppose. Great veterinary services, if a little pricy.

I went there a few weeks ago. A few people were nice. Yet one of the Guys was Truly Rude! & He truly Didn't care about the Snakes at ALL!
2 Pythons were in Shed, & They were really having a Rough time. I could see it Stuck on them!
It is known, with Anyone when it comes to snakes. It is NOT being Kept Humid enough, for a Proper shed! They need to be soaked. If it keeps up, it can even kill them!
I let that guy know. About it. & He was saying "Oh, Next Wednesday someone will come in"! Um, Excuse me, You don't Leave Snakes in that type of Condition! He had NO Heart! Didn't even try to help them!! He wanted to wait, an ENTIRE Week!!
No! That is WRONG!
If they can't care Properly for the Animals. They should NOT be working there! Period!
If I could, I'd pay for ALL the Snakes & Make sure they were taken care of right! They were so Uncomfortable! That is Animal Abuse!!
I have a Snake. & will get more.
Yet! How he Behaved is pure bull!

The Vetco clinic here is an absolute joke. They mismatched my dog's weight and heartworm medication and Petco keeps canceling the order. Canceled it once because the product didn't match the script record, canceled a second time because of the weight mismatch. Should be a simple fix, right? Wrong! I can call them and they can see the script is wrong but no one who answers the "help" line can fix it. You have to go back down in person and get it corrected. What absolute joke of a service.

Fish was DOA when I got to my house. Three are alive and doing well one died beforebI could even start to acclimate it to my tank water. Dog food was full of bugs.

I wish I can give cero start. I asked for a tear bead grooming the girl did what she wanted. If she doesn’t how to do it better to said it. She charged 30 extra, total of 120dlls. She still said I not going to charge more the dog wasn’t a good behavior. Worst grooming ever.
