I went in for gecko food, and the worms they have are big, active, and from my Leopard Gecko Ghillie's reaction, quite yummy.The prices are comparable to big chain stores, and unlike those stores, the bugs are all actually alive.They also have a lot of really cool animals in there. I'd never actually seen a new caledonian lizard, and they have other cool things as well.Grade A service and merch.

My dog had a very strict medication schedule and Marilyn respected that and took the time to learn what each medication was and how to administer them. She is a very pleasant person to be around and you can tell she cares deeply for the animals she comes into contact with. She is also a very talented groomer! I will always recommend this location to anyone looking to groom and/or board their dog.

If you are interested in your animal becoming a service animal, I highly recommend them. Our Doberman Luda completed training last year, and has been such an asset to our family. My husband is a disabled veteran with several medical issues as well as psychological trauma from his service. Rick tailored our program to specifically work for my husband. Down the road, if we need Luda to perform additional tasks, we know that we can reach back out to Four Paws for additional training. All around just a wonderful training experience.

Your Pet Space

Our youngest was adopted during COVID-19 and didn't get much socialization with anyone except his siblings. We saw steady, slow progress with each day and his interaction and obedience continue to improve. His older brother, Seamus, needs different attention and a slower, gentler approach and the staff interacts with him in a way that brings out the best in him too! They look forward to going and I look forward to getting their pictures with playgroup friends and the progress report cards every day. We've also used the boarding services and the same care is shown to them when they need to be away from us. We previously visited local facilities and while nothing was wrong with any of the other services, YPS fit our needs. The dogs love the staff and are excited to see them. Many are NMSU students studying in the animal sciences and love to see how they get hands-on work with our four-legged family. Thanks to the whole team at YPS!

We only tried the custards and it was a little soft but otherwise yummy. Wish we came back to try more options. The Foothills location only had outdoor seatingnot sure about the other locations. Service was nice and quick.

The food is fantastic, the draft beer selection is great, and the service was wonderful.

I personally prefer iced coffee and I have had the best here! They have a specialty coffee menu and it has been my goal to try them all and they have all been delicious. All their bakery item in the case by the register were clearly marked as vegan and the matcha sugar cookies were delicious. On our way back through town we stopped for pizza. They have the regular Vegano pizza and we asked if one of the specials could also be made vegan. The chef came out to chat with us and was super knowledgeable and helpful. We got the seasonal Elote pizza without cheese and it was awesome. After eating we ended up getting the other vegan pizza to take with us on the road. Things are clearly marked on the menu, staff is knowledgeable, and there are multiple options. Would eat again. Updated from previous review on 2024-10-24

He has the ahi tuna, which was cut way too thick and the sauce was not too flavorful, bummer. He also had grilled calamari, which tasted like it had no seasoning and was cooked in old oil, ew. The portions of ahi tuna and calamari were SO skimpy so we would not order again even if it tasted good, which they didn’t.
I gave 4 stars because I LOVED the cauliflower. Omg the sauce was also delicious and I wish this area of New Mexico and this restaurant had more options similar to this – well cooked flavorful vegetables! And actually healthy food! I also gave a higher rating because of the amazing and patient server and Delicious rainbow cake I had for dessert.

Doña Ana County Humane Society

My pet got sick and unable to move. At this time hours were cut so income is on decline. No income available for vet. Humane society came thru with a program that helps with costs. Because of this, we were able to get some treatment to help our dog.
