I bought my Toyota at Park and Sell Express. Stephan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was able to bring my mechanic to the lot so he could inspect the vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I will be sending my family and friends to Park and Sell Express.

I was extremely disappointed with the way we were treated today at the park n sell in Las Cruces by Lloyd. I spoke to him yesterday about an infinity qx50 he has. The listing price was $16,200. And when I spoke to him on the phone he offered to drop the price to $10,000 (red flag). A few hours later he dropped the price on the website to $11,200. We agreed I would go today to look at the car. When I showed up he had the car started. When buying a car it should be me who starts the car so I can hear how it cranks and starts up but that didn’t happen. My husband asked me to pop the hood. Once up he noticed there was oil all around the engine and there was a vibration on the engine. My husband said he would feel comfortable if we take it to infinity and have them check it out before we buy. Well Lloyd didn’t like that. My husband asked for a car fax to verify accidents. Lloyd didn’t like that either. Lloyd went inside and brought his son back out. While my husband was sitting in the front seat they didn’t want him moving the windows up and down to see if they work. He discovered the sun roof didn’t work. At that point they rudely told him to get out of the car and he wasn’t able to look at the car any further. I was shocked as when someone buys a car they want to make sure it’s what they want and verify that everything is working correctly. Lloyd said at 10k it’s a steel and we don’t need to look at anything. That right there was the biggest red flag. That tells me he doesn’t want us knowing what’s wrong with the car because he thought it was so cheap that we should just take it no matter what. Lloyd and his son were extremely rude and I don’t recommend doing business there. There are so many more choices out there. Also the pictures for the interior of the car looked immaculate but once the door opened that wasn’t the case. The interior was filthy. Really gross and A car shouldn’t be put on the lot to sell looking like that. Im not sure what set Lloyd off today but to look at a car and the engine when buying is a must. This place doesn’t do things on the up and up. Buyer beware. I was forced to give a rating and unfortunately I had to give a one but if I could have given him a zero I would have.
Coming back in to edit my post 1/30/2024. We found an awesome 2016 QX50 for my nephew in Tucson for $12,850 at a place called Too hot motors. This place has top of the line cars and trucks. This worked out perfect because it was close to the Air Force base. The car was bought on the spot as there was nothing wrong with it and it was immaculate inside and out.

My family has purchased at least 10 vehicles from Lloyd during the 30+ years I have known him. He is honest, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to find the car I want. He knows everything about financing. I never hesitate to recommend him to friends and everyone I know has been pleased with the service they have received. I will never buy a car anywhere else!

Driving by Park N Sell Express a month ago and we saw the type of car that my wife said she always wanted. But, we assumed it would be too expensive in price. Drove by the following week and this time I pulled in the forecourt.
Met Lloyd, the owner of Park N Sell Express. Got information about the car. I was surprised when I learned the reduced price as the car looked pretty clean and almost new to me. Lloyd took me for a drive in it. We hit the interstate. I was very impressed by the engine performance and the smooth quiet ride. Only one previous owner and the best scheduled, professional, maintenance since new.
I went home and picked up my wife. She liked the car and the price too. Lloyd took us for a drive again. She loved it.
She bought it the next day.
We had it checked out by a dealership in Albuquerque. Passed a thorough inspection of the engine and everything else, with flying colors.
It just needed a new owner to look after it properly again.
My wife and I have already enjoyed driving many miles together in unadulterated luxury together and could not be happier with it.
The car is a collectible, a classic boss car, a Mercedes CLS 550, IN PERFECT SHAPE. BEAUTIFUL INTERIOR and ENGINE a joy to drive at a great price!

Went to look at a vehicle we were interested in purchasing but, because it's a used car, wanted to have our mechanic do an inspection. Suddenly there was a leak in the vehicle that Lloyd needed to fix and he said he doesn't trust other mechanics to look at his cars. Very shady. Either you're proud of your work as a mechanic or you have something to hide. Never buy a car without an inspection. Good luck with your lemon lot.
A deposit?! Haha! Why would we leave a deposit on a car you won't let us inspect? We're not desperat. No inspection no sale. And you didn't tell me about the leak until I asked for a mechanic to look at it. Suddenly there's problems with it. What else are you hiding? Other reviews say you get mad when people want to inspect the engine. It's shady. Also the voice-mail you left me about my initial review was absolutely pathetic. I'm saving that one.
