Truly some of the least helpful, knowledgeable staff we’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They ordered the wrong part while we were on a road trip, delaying our drive. They can’t spell basic parts names, couldn’t order the right part, and weren’t accountable when they made the mistake. Avoid!

Went to Auto Zone on a Sunday at 745 and they had doors locked. Told the older gentleman I just needed to rent a press. You would think he would let me do that at 745 but he told me to go to one on the main street.
I went to O'Riley's they had the part I needed and were cheaper and they were much more polite and willing to help.
Won't be going to yAuto Zone any longer.
