Came in here at 3:07pm on this day. Not one person acknowledged me. I walked right out. Not even a hi welcome to O’Reilly or a can I help you with anything let me know. Will never come back to this O’Reilly. Your employees need better training or they need to be replaced with competent individuals that know what customer service is because these gentlemen don’t know what that is. I’ll be surprised if they even know there left foot from their right foot. Do better O’Reilly. The store on el paseo is the same way. No customer service.

I have been buying parts and any supplies for our vehicles at O’Reily. Prices are good and parts are great. Fit as good as original.

Ipdate 5/4/23.....This store rocks!!!! Staff is awesome and very knowledgable.....Tgis place even helped me fix an Autizone problem.Drive to this store!!!!!!This is a newer store, or it has been taken care of very well. Wide isles, clean floors and a staff that is ready ro help with expert advice.This store has a very large inventory, and very rarely do they need to order anything for you. And if they special order anything for you, it arrives that day, or by next morning.Easy to find items that you may need, due to 2 main isles and clearly marked overhead inventory descriptions for all the rows.They can troubleshoot engine light issues and battery/alternator issues quickly for free, saving you hundreds at the auto repair shop just to tell you what is wrong.They loan out tools that are very expensive so you do not need to purchase to only use one time.Never a wait, and you seem to always be first in line.During my last visit in March 2023, I was telling a sales associate Lisa the problems I was having across the street at AutoZone and Lisa immediately gave me a 10% discount and told me to never go back to them, and do all my auto parts shopping here from now on.This store on the west side of Las Cruces is never busy, so drive here for faster friendlier service for all your auto parts needs.

Recently stop by the location on Picacho, Manager Joe Romero was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed and even helping out with a warranty part order. Definitely has made me a returning customer.
