Being a first time buyer my experience at Nissan Las Cruces was excellent thanks to Jonathan and the rest of the team. I had recently gone to Casa Honda Las Cruces and they tried to tell me that they couldn’t do anything for me because of my credit situation. I now purchased a 2022 honda civic from Nissan Las Cruces and im very happy with the deal they offered me, as well as the excellent customer service from Jonathan and the owner doing everything they could to make me feel comfortable and getting me the best deal for my money.

Great service. They did due diligence in finding me the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately my bottom line couldn't meet theirs, and that's completely understandable in this competitive market. Nicholas was excellent on every aspect of his profession. If I'm in the market locally I know who to call.

Most amazing experience. Nick Chavez was extremely helpful on finding the right car for me, taking into consideration my budget and needs for the car. For my first time dealing with the dealership I had an amazing experience. Issac went above and beyond to help me get the correct financing for myself. I would recommend this dealership and I myself in the future will be coming back when I decide to get another car.

The sales person was excellent at giving us service in the sale of the vehicles. I give bad grades in the after sale prep service because it took so long to receive my vehicles and when I did they had water spots and dirt on them. There were also scratches on the vehicles which were not on them prior to the sale. My experience with Las Cruses Nissan would have been great if I had received my vehicles in a timely matter without scratches and clean.

We have been Nissan Las Cruces customers for 7 years and have been treated with the utmost respect. Their service dept. techs are awesome. Just recently we decided to trade our cars to get Kicks. Jesus Roybal made us feel like family and the finance manager spent an enormous amount of time to insure that the rates we got were the best available. If you want a good deal on a quality car I think that Jesus is the man to see. Even after the purchases he has been in constant contact making sure that we have no issues. To add a personal note, my wife bought a Nissan Kicks and we were so comfortable dealing with Jesus I trade my Sentra in for a Kicks also at the same time. Same day about 5 hours to get both deals done since our other cars were being serviced. I would go on and on but I wold be writing a short story.

Hey, they put up with me with grace...and I'm not always easy as I get super stressed about stuff like this! But it all worked out well in the end and Steven was great to work with. So were the folks who handled the contracts/money/etc.

Your service advisor Steven Serna and my mechanic John are exemplary, Steven for his customer service demeanor and efficient process of cars early in the morning (outstanding experience) and John my mechanic doing an oil change today, for his honesty. I am a senior citizen and recently lost my husband so I really appreciate not being unsold on tires I was told I need at a place I recently went to to fix a nail in m tire. I will bring all my car work here. I drove from Deming today, thank you!

My girlfriend had bought a car from here. They treat you like you are beneath them.The finance manager was the worst of them all.If anyone I know is going to purchase a car I will recommend any other dealership than this one.

Probably the worst experience ive had buying a car. Nicholas the man who sold me the car will lie directly to your face and say anything he needs to sell a car. When I bought a used vehicle he promised that he'd fix ANY issues I found with the car after I bought it. Then after I bought it I brought the car to get a few things fixed and he told me he didn't have to fix anything unless it had to do with safety. Anything means anything. Poor customer service and completely bad business.

This was a great first-time car buying experience for my wife and myself. Everyone was very nice and professional to my family. I would definitely recommend sending my whole family of Ford owners over to this Nissan dealership in particular. Mr. Roybal and Isaac are definitely two of the best in the business for sures!

If there was an option for a 0-star review, I would have picked that option…I recently made my first vehicle purchase which is a 2021 Chevy Malibu from Nissan of Las Cruces. This should have been a happy and memorable experience however I have had nothing but problems with this dealership.The salesman is very pushy, thinks everything is a joke, and the finance manager catches an attitude when you don’t want the $4,000 extended warranty that never covers anything. The finance manager rushed the paperwork which later I found out they messed up!The first day I drove the car the check engine came on, as well as the ABS. They weren’t listening to me when I was telling them something was wrong with the car. It turns out the car was malfunctioning due to four cracked spark plugs which apparently, they replaced in the inspection…hmmm weird. This was a headache trying to get them to fix it. I had to have my father-in-law leave work to come to the dealership just for them to listen and actually fix my car. Finance manager also kept calling me at work nonstop even though I told them I’M AT WORK trying to get the insurance! Told me “Ma’am you’ve had all week to get it insured” …...Even though I was dealing with them trying to fix the spark plug issue and the lock switch.My driver side door lock/unlock button hasn’t worked since day one…. tried saying it was working basically calling me a lair. Five weeks later they finally got that fixed.While I was waiting for them to fix my lock issue ANOTHER issue has occurred where my car is telling me shift to park and apparently my warranty will not cover it even though it’s recalled.I was promised a second key which I NEVER received; they were supposed to give my car a good detail. They did not, they barely vacuumed a few crumbs, I asked them to clean my sun visor because there was this weird stuff on which they didn’t. They also tinted my windows and there are bubbles.I can’t even get the car insured in just my name because they messed the paperwork up.If I could go back, I would absolutely NOT do business with this dealership!!! For a 2021 vehicle this car should not be having this many issues!!!!!This dealership does NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS they only want a SALE!

Shame on this dealership. They tried to give me an estimate of $375 for a new blower motor plus $400-$500 to install it and said it would take an entire day. Absolutely insane. Ended up going to a local mechanic, and the total for everything, including labor and a new cabin filter they included for free, was $325. $50 less than Nissan was trying to charge me for the blower motor alone. And it only took them an hour and 15 minutes to complete. Not an entire day. I'm really glad I decided to do some more research and call around. I understand there is usually a higher cost that comes along with dealerships, but I feel that the price difference here should be considered price gouging and should be illegal. I will definitely be staying far away from this dealership in the future.

Wow where do I even start, rude and horrible customer service. I went in to get info and price for a frontier and when I decided what color I liked I was told yeah but your husband is the one that decides ?. Rude much ? it just went down hill from there. I informed him that I was looking to see what dealership gave me a better deal and he said come back if you want to buy.? That was the plan but not from here of course. I recommend you go to Charlie Clark they treat you with manners and have amazing deals!!!
