Steven Serna at Nissan of Las Cruces is phenomenal!!! He took the time to explain what was wrong with my 2015 Murano and advised me on what I could do to keep my costs down. Nice to have a service advisor who has looked out for my best interests.
His outstanding service was consistent. Steven was working with a frustrated customer when I picked up my car. His level of compassion and professionalism was outstanding. He seemed genuinely engaged and wanting to help.
Great service. Great guy. Keeps me going back to Nissan every time.

They posted on fb your job was your credit. Up to 4000 for trade in. No credit needed. Well don't believe it they do run your credit. We didn't qualify and my husband makes 4000 a month. Dissatisfied customers

I went to change the oil open at 7.00 and the mechanics enter at 8.00.This is stupid to wait more than an hour for them to get to work.

I am editing my review because they reply to my review telling you like they are going to help you but it is not true, after you call Sophia she does not take your calls any more. Stay away from this place. My daughter took her 2021 vehicle here because suddenly the radio stop working, when she called they told her that the vehicle was still under the warranty BUT after they fixed it they made a bunch of excuses to charge my daughter for the service. I bought 3 vehicles from this place and I recommend you many times but after this i will never give my business to this dealer. Your employees were very dishonest.

The team, of which we primarily dealt with Freddy F. and Joe Zaragoza, were excellent in ensuring that us as first time car buyers weren't bogged down, or too deep in specifics. Explained everything as clear as I would hope. Both were also excellent negotiators who always had a backup w/ reason, but were never too forceful. They struck the perfect balance, and we got a 2024 Nissan Altima at a very competitive price & rate! 10/10 to both as far as car buying experience goes.
The new vehicle is clean, drives excellently, and the paint job and detailing look like they've been well taken care of on the lot.

Sean Hobbs was my salesman. He was very considerate about the heat outside. He made my purchase very enjoyable he got me exactly what I wanted no questions asked. He wasn’t pushing at all he just listened to me and took care of me really well. We test drove a new Rougue then he let me test drive the car I bought. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car at a dealership!!!!! Five stars for Sean.
