This is off record, as i cross el paseo and Missouri having the right way to Cross the street on my bmx A napa truck with an Old geezer with glasses driving Came within 4 feet of hitting me and still has the nerve to honk when i had the right way i don't know napa you need to talk to your employees or do not let the elderly Drive your Company vehicles any more.

Woke up this morning with a dead battery. Walked over to Napa to buy an electric battery charger, unfortunately none in stock. The Napa team was great. Drove to my house and jump started my truck within 5 min. Went back and they installed my new battery quickly. Had me on the road again in less then an hour. Much appreciate the awesome customer service they showed me. Definitely recommend the Napa Team…

If you are a woman, clueless like me, and don't know about warranties on car parts.... Tony is the guy to go to. Not only did he advise me on the right parts to my mustang's clutch but was patient enough to order that for me. Then again, when I faced a problem with this clutch he helped me save because I didn't know I could save by using my warranty and upgrading instead. Ladies?? He will be honest with you and he will also take the time to help you find the receipt in their system if you misplace it. Thank you NAPA and Tony for great business.

Traveling across New Mexico in my motorhome I stopped at the Las Cruces Napa to buy some differential grease because a wheel seal was leaking. I was in a tight place after spending a day in Almagordo having the brake caliper replaced when they misdiagnosed the leak as brake fluid. The RV shop was booked for 2 weeks. Now it had been leaking who knows how much and I was worried about having it go dry and end up really stranded with burned up bearings and gears. I did not expect the Napa guy to be helpful but boy was he! He spend the better part of an hour on the phone calling one mechanic shop after another until eventually finding one who was willing to fit me in. And he never even tried to sell me gear oil, saying they would only drain it out anyways! I have shopped at other Napa stores and never found anyone like this guy. All they accepted was my thanks and only wanted a positive review.

I can not thank NAPA on Valley enough for great help but to bring in the NAPA SPRINTCAR of Brad Sweet on the 29th of March 2022 !!!????The media needs a swift kick in the pants for not saying one damn thing about the WORLD OF OUTLAW SPRINT RACES ON the 29th at The Amazing VADO SPEEDWAY !!!!!A TUESDAY NIGHT RACE - COLDER THAT ALL GET OUT AND ALMOST PACKED CROWD !!THANKS ROYAL JONES !!

Went in there the other day looking for some parts for a Toyota pickup I’ve been working on. Tony at the front desk was VERY helpful and knew exactly how to get ahold of what I needed. Ill definitely be going back to finish off this project of mine.

Great customer service. I won't go anywhere else. Tony was great helped me locate a tough to find part for my husbands motor home. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. If you need help finding something and don't want to be looked at like you don't know what your doing Tony is the one to see. He didn't give me a hard time just took his time to help me locate what I needed. Definitely not going anywhere else when it comes to any other auto parts I need. Thank you Nappa
