Monica was great. She is extremely professional and she was very helpful through the entire process. I bought the property without seeing it and she made the effort to go there several times to take pictures and videos. Even after closing she arranged for contractors to go to the property as well as meet hem there for some repairs that I wanted to do. She really went out of her way to make sure that the whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend her and I will definitely use her services in the future.

I just spent my first week in my new home, and it is finally setting in that I'm a home owner. Ms. Monica worked with me from start to finish and was extremely patient yet super helpful. She puts her customers before herself and she ensures they are getting something they will be happy with.Buying a home for the first time was an eye opening and stressful experience, but Ms. Monica made things make sense. She looked out for my best intrest and didn't let me settle with just anything but ensured I was happy. I am a seasoned mortgage executive in the state of California. Monica was the listing agent of a property I owned and sold in Las Cruces. Monica has the highest level of integrity along with complete understanding and control of her market. The property I sold needed work completed prior to listing for sale. Monica and her team made suggested improvements and completed those improvements quickly and cheaply. Monica’s advice allowed my property to be sold at $25,000 over the unimproved value with multiple offers. I have the highest level of trust in Monica.

She gave us great advice on everything from pricing the house correctly to what we needed to do to get it ready to show—and she had contacts to awesome people to help us with that. She had my best interest as a priority while also being reasonable with expectations and clear on my responsibilities. I was referred to Monica Escamilla and I thank my lucky stars I was. She was a true professional from start to finish. Respected my budget, showed me the best properties within said budget, and took me on tour after tour at times that were most convenient for me. As a first-time home buyer who was unfamiliar with the area, I had SO many questions and she answered every single one to the best of her ability with patience and grace. When she couldn’t answer a question, she made sure to reach out to the sellers to get that question answered for me. She advised me on the best and safest neighborhoods in the area and really went above and beyond to find me the perfect property for me needs. She is readily available by text, phone, and email and responds so quickly. I was never left waiting for more than a few hours. I cannot recommend her enough. If you need a house in the Las Cruces area, LOOK HER UP.
