I just went today and I’m very upset. The lady refused my service , she made racist remarks because of the color of my skin and my culture I had asked if there is somewhere else I can go , and she was being rude and not wanting to give me no information. As well , a while back my husband took his things out , and they didn’t return everything back to him they kept his games from his Xbox1.

MMJ’s is by far the best pawn shop I’ve been to. With not only a great selection in items (tools, guns, games, jewelry, you name it, they probably have it) but also with the best customer service! Not to mention their prices are consistently fair. Funny employees, respectful and loving what they do puts them at the top of my list.If you’ve got complaints, you must not know how a pawn shop works!

Friendly staff, very accommodating, great prices, cool selections, will be shopping here anytime I'm in Las Cruces. It's going to have all the stuff you'd expect to find and even some cool stuff only they have. I recommend MMJ's.

They look up your items on eBay to find the lowest price and offer you 10% of that value. For example I took an item that was worth $800. The lady looked it up and found one that sold to $150 then offered me $15? then they turn around and sale it for $800. I get it though. Nothing personal just business. I go there when I need a good laugh ?

I brought in a $400 radio scanner. They didn't even want to look at it. I've pawn this thing over 10 times all over the state. Usually a business in the pawn industry will accept things of value that function and are in good condition. This place was trashed inside and it looked like covid coukd have possibly been born in there. Perhaps if you guys put more attention into quality you would have more money to put into cleaning and upkeep, not to mention quality customers that actually give you business and not just hawk stolen stuff.

Excellent shop. From tools to Upscale Jewelry. The quality of their products is rare in the resale market. Weapons and ammo all high grade. Great trades and loan agreements. Friendly staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to help you out. I highly recommend this shop.

I do a fair amount of business there. They give better prices than other shops I've been to. Pawn shops are there to make money, so don't expect to get full value for your items like the negative reviewer that thinks he should have gotten much more than he did. Adam & company are friendly, fair and have always treated me well. I recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy shop.
