Tried to go in at 7 pm on hickey. And the doors was locked and the girls waved us off as if there were closed by the sign and website said there open till 8pm. They don't open till 12 pm the next day. It hard to believe they could even stay open the 8 hour shift

I bought a phone from here and everyone but one person was super rude. I didn’t need a case I found a better one for a cheaper price elsewhere and they tried to force it upon me. Business is business I get that but at least be transparent with the customer instead of trying to not give an option.

Went to buy charger cause I'm leaving town. Said only had 6ft C port left but was given C port connector to iPhone. Tried to call store but not answering.I went back to the store when I got back in town. Didn't catch the guys name but took care of my problem at 2:15pm on 10/29/21. I appreciate it.

I went there to get an iphone 6s for 49.99 with port in as adverticed. I knew there was going to be extra fees like the first month, activation and tax. The guy told me the total bill was $160 even. I paid it and i proceeded to ask that exactly i was getting charged for and he couldn't give me a straight answer only that tax was $18. After arguing with the guy we find out that he just entered some random number when making a receipt. There is no way tax is $18 for a $50 phone. After he asked his co worker what the tax was she told him it was $3 and change. More arguing happened and i got a partial refund of $32 for the extra i paid. After i had already got some money back we find out that they added stuff to the account like insurance that we also didn't want to begin with. At this point i was just frustrated and i didnt want another refund Injust wanted to get out of there. Will never do business there again.

Worst store ever! Worst customer service ! Left MetroPCS due to them not ever helping me ! They sent me to another MetroPCS location because “their system is always down†just for payments. Go in there and buy a phone and that's the only way they will help! Worst experience ever!!!
