Metro on Madrid is where I've done business for many many years. I've always had a great experience, the service was always over the top kind and helpful. Tonight that changed. I've taken my business elsewhere. The lights were on, the door was locked and a girl opened her car door to tell me she was on break. Customer service like that will lose customers until there's no business left. Nowhere did I see in the posted hours of operation the business would be closed for "break". Had I known, I wouldn't have waisted time going at "break" time. So grateful there's more than one Metro in Las Cruces to choose from.

Rude and unprofessional lady working there.Went by to purchase a phone with a friend and the lady instead of greeting us stated “Next time you come into the store make sure you don’t bring people with you because you are grown and can purchase a phone yourself”. Who cares who I come with, I’m a paying customer. Maybe she was just mad because she was to busy outside the store socializing instead of working like she should.

It’s so annoying that I’ve been trying to call the store for three days and no one answers! It’s like you all don’t want to work. Phones should be check if they are working and management should make sure they are answered. Anyone looking to get service from metro should know they have Terrible service in this area even though there coverage maps show they are well covered with 5g

I went into this store after having the door locked on me as I approached the building at the Metro By T-Mobile on 2521 N. Main. Good thing they did that action because this store was the BEST Metro By T-Mobile experience I’ve had. Thank you to Uriel for helping me get into my 2 new lines and helping me port in from Cricket. ??

2 months back to back me & my wife tried to pay our phones and the people who run this place don't except cash or cc payments why are you guys even open ????? Their loss bought 2 phones down solano the Manager there is more professional & they except both forms of payments. Save your self the trip don't stop here they can't help you!

This store sold me a phone that didn’t work and claimed that since it was upgrade and I did a reset on the phone it did not qualify for a refund. Store manager admitted that cheap phones don’t work, so why do they sell cheap trashy phones?

I called to see if they were open and the lady said yes. My husband went 45 min before they close and the lady told him they were closed. No one will answer the phones and she literally had the worst customer service!
