We had around $3000.00 worth of Metal roofing 19 pieces and 30 ft by 4 perlins and 3 3.5 inch pipe steel pipes… we could not believe when the delivery lady came with it with NO help and never was we told we had to help unload this #1 my husband has had 3 back surgeries and is 70 years old. If we would have been told we would have tried having help here. I guess in the world now it’s the customers obligation to pay and also to unload. and Keri acted like she didn’t care if we liked it or not.. that’s how they have done business for 15 years.. well.. if you aren’t from here you wouldn’t know that. We will never buy anything from them again.. bad news gets around faster than good news. When this girl gets our age she won’t be able to unload either.. oh but she only charged us for one cut which saved 4 dollars.. I wouldn’t have had the nerve to say that… poor poor poor customer service.. it should be minus 10 stars .. spreading the word

Customer service has really sucked lately. We are a small business that travels 60 miles to go pick up materials from here only to time after time run into issues running our debit card (we have zero troubles anywhere else) and today was the last straw, their unwillingness for a little bit of patience ....I guess they forgot where they started once a small business too.

Tried 3 other places, only these guys carried the galvanized pipe I was looking for at great prices; front office very helpful, the gentleman who cut my pipe was very precise and quick. I'll be going there from now on.
