Yvonna was just a wonderful help. She knew what I was asking for, directed me to the right spot. Gave me good customer service the entire time. It was a nice easy shopping experience with her. She's definitely a good employee to McCoys, definitely will look for here again when I return.

Meh, unless you really need it. I was ignored when asking for help. K. That happens, yet..... should you just ignore a walk in customer in favor of being the group O guys who could care less. K. Creat consistent, repeatable, positive customer experiences with that OR try saying, " Hi! Can I help you. " No. Not going back for more. This how the big box stores got started; customers quietly agreeing to you even acknowledging them. Do better.
