I have been a loyal client for many years. Last time I went 3 months ago a technician I never have had cut my toe so bad and it bled out for a while. Then when he was able to paint my toes he didn't do the top coat on the gel. Which I didn't notice till I got home. So my toe nails cracked and chipped 2 days later. So now I'm waiting for my toe nails to grow out along with dealing with a fungus something I have never had in my life. Dirty utensils! Will never go back. Strongly suggest staying away from this place.

My mom and I went here and these are pictures of our nails the day after! The polish was really brittle and cracked off very quickly. Pretty disappointing! The service was great though. Definitely would have gone back if it wasn’t for that.

First time going to Luxury Nails at 9:55 am on a Saturday.Establishment opens at 10:00 am. Was quickly seated for my gel manicure.All employees arrived around 10:07 am.Which was odd. As I seated at station 2 I noticed nail clippings on tile. Station didn't look clean. Water bowl to soak my hands had a stray hair.Other then that the manicurist did a decent job with my nails.Picture posted for reference

Honestly one of the best places I’ve been to! Walk ins welcome, had no problem getting right in for a gel pedicure. Amazing pedicure experience, they gave a full leg and foot massage, I’ll be back!

Worst service of any nail salon in Las Cruces. I waited over an hour and they skipped me and had the person who came in AFTER I did in and out before even starting my nails.Service: Acrylic nails

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I ended up getting athletes foot & warts on my fingers from them not cleaning there product right. I did watch very closely and if you notice they will never switch out there tools or anything. I hope I help someone today!

I came today with my friend who’s getting married and I was blown away by the kindness and quality of all the staff here. The staff spent detailed time and care taking care of my nails and honestly, they came out better than the Pinterest picture. If you’re wanting to spend time at a place that is going to take care of you and your nails, come give this place a visit. To address all the reviews talking about having to wait too long, it’s truly because these folks are putting work and passion into making sure you have the high quality services that you paid for.Services: Nail art

While this place may be a bit on the high end for price (~$60 for a deluxe gel pedicure before tip), it is worth the money. The nail technicians are meticulous and careful, and my polish has been perfect both times I have gone. Lasted longer than any gel pedicure I can remember without any chips/scrapes and I wear open toed shoes daily! Definitely my go to nail salon for pedicures (I don’t get manicures so I can’t comment on acrylics etc but if the quality is similar to pedicures then I bet they are great!)Services: Foot massages

The man that did my acrylic nails was rude and messed up my nails terribly. I kept asking him to do them a little shorter than medium length and square and he kept rounding the edges. The nail polish came out bulky. My nails are different sizes on each hand. I'm extremely upset. 43 dollars down the drain.
