I was not impressed with my visit at Lowe's, unfortunately.
Prices are high and employees are not friendly. Definitely, will change the company and go to Home Depot again.

Customer service is very very poor. My son and I called 9 times yesterday. They put us on hold and a few seconds later they hung up. I called and got to talk to someone and asked for the manager. They told me to give them my phone # and the manager would call back. The next day I am still waiting for a call back. I am really glad I got my credit card from Home Depot. I am never treated like that there.

Jake always takes care of business and he should be the store manager as we always see him working the hardest!
We spend a lot of money in this store each year and we know the people who care and actually work. Jake is always helping us pull materials and also helps load the trailer. Most of the employees leave when it is time for manual labor. Xavier and Kevin will tell you that they are working on an answer for you when your materials don't get delivered. The truth is, they really aren't working on anything. That has been proven at this point!
Jake, thank you for working hard and putting your heart into your work!

Odessa works at the Pro Rewards desk at Lowe’s Las Cruces store! I have had
her services at least 5 times and she was so helpful! I had trouble finding my orders on my phone! She was always patient and always willing to help me! She is great at her work! Great job Odessa!!!

The store assistant manager Denise was very rude to my boyfriend and I for no reason. We were waiting patiently while she finished up a transaction with a customer. Once she was finished she turned to us and said rudely “what did you need???” I was taken back because of the completely unnecessary hostile response and we already knew what we wanted to purchase (easy transaction). I responded with “we would like to purchase a dryer” she looked at me as if she was inconvenienced by my request and said “well where???” I’m not sure what her issue with us was but we felt very disrespected. We spent quite a bit of money and we were treated with such a lack of courtesy from non the less A STORE MANAGER? We left very disappointed. Maybe some courses on customer service could benefit.
