As first-time home buyers, we had literally no idea where to get started and Kacie helped us with absolutely every part of the process. From her recommendations of lenders and inspectors to work with to her vast amounts of knowledge and expertise as a realtor, we knew we were in good hands right from the start. This was a complicated purchase and every single time we thought there would be a set-back, Kacie came to us with a solution that got us one step closer to the closing table. We couldn't be more grateful for her support throughout this entire process. She never once made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and she fought to get us into our house. Kacie did a terrific job for us. We were buying a home from a distance, and Kacie did remote walk-throughs of a number of homes with us. Kacie was amazing both in the sale of my deceased brother’s home and in helping me, as a first time home buyer, find my dream home. I told her the features I was looking for, my (must have’s and my wants”) and my price range. She sent me property listings that matched my criteria. She basically held my hand through the entire process. No question or concern was too small. Kacie addressed them all. She was always prompt in returning e-mails, calls, or texts. But more so than anything, I felt like she really cared. She didn’t just want to sell me a house, she wanted to help me find my home. I highly recommend her. I think she is now our family realtor. My son and his wife now want her to represent them in the sale of their home. I love my home and I loved the positive experience I had working with Kacie!
