Working with H & R Block is very accommodating to a person with a busy schedule. I was able to utilize the virtual meeting to meet with my tax preparer. I felt comfortable asking questions, and my questions were answered in a friendly manner.

H &R Block has done more taxes for over 20 years and has always done a very good job. Not any more. Dropped my documents off at the Las Cruces office and waited and waited. No call, No status. Called the office three times and was assured I would get a call back. I finally asked for my documents back so I could do them myself. Then, I got a call back and was told they were almost ready. This was a day later. I was then told to come into the office and sign. So here I am sitting in the office waiting and waiting. Sorry guys, never again.
