Our pump gave out in the excruciating July 4th heat. Early on the 5th our pump was up and running. A couple hours later, our pipes burst and my frantic call was calmly handled and the pipes repaired that same day. Heil Pump Sales, thank you for your fast, friendly and expert service.

Punitive business. I tried to schedule a site diagnosis roubleshooting of my domestic pump. They never called back to schedule a visit but was in the area and wanted to do a surprise visit but they couldn't get a hold of me and when I called back to SCHEDULE a site visit. They are refusing to provide service.

I rarely give reviews, positive or negative. But the service I received on my well was exceptional. I thought the water table had dropped, and we had run out of water. Al came out, troubleshot the problem, and within a couple of hours they had pulled the pipe out of the well, found the hole in the pipe, replaced the broken section and my water pressure is as good as it ever had been.

My well recently went out I contacted Heil and Barron and they sent out a service group to assess the situation. The initial assessment they mentioned that the existing pump was over 18 years old and would likely need to be replaced in the near future I set up an appointment the company staff was there on time they gave me an estimate which by the way was not cheap but they perform the work within two days and I had running water I really appreciate all the help and assistance they provide

Bob Barron and his staff are really great...our only water source is our domestic well and when we lost water pressure we were done...they pulled the pump and replaced fittings within 24 hours and got us back to normal!
